I've shopped in Home depot stores, in Arizona, California and New York. I've worked PT at THD in California. I've heard all the complaints from customers about "hard to find someone to help", that is not the case at this store. As soon as I walk in, someone, either the"greeter" or someone near the return desk will ask if I need help. On one occasion, Mary in Plumbing delayed her lunch break, until she found something to remedy my problem. The same c an be said for the associates in Electrical and the young lady who happened to be in the paint isle today. I'm in the store at least once a week.

Cheaper than driving around looking for boxes or getting used on from strangers!

I found everything I need it I'm going back to get tools.

Frank Jonguitud in tool rental was pleasant and very helpful. He has the knowledge and skills to go far. He sure help me to find just what I needed when I was there.

I , Mario O., rented a 20 inch chainsaw today from HD #455. I was assisted by rental associate Jose. He was knowledgeable, professional, and most of all friendly. Arlene is the most helpful cashier ever! She noticed that the two spray cans of the rust oleum truck liner that I was purchasing were different I thought it was just the same paint and primer in one except one can had a newer label. Arlene took the time to study both cans thoroughly and then she informed me that one of the cans did not contain a primer. I really appreciate her going extra mile for me it is a big help to my business

I knew what I was looking for and didn't need additional service. But there were assistants available for my needs.

Workers are very nice and store is well organized.

The associates in the back of the store at the Contractor's Desk are the BEST! I love coming to his Home Depot more than any other in the area!

If you require no assistance in finding a product this is the store for you, if you require assistance or wish to use a home depot service don't come to this store, they have constantly poor customer service.

I walked into the store not sure what I was looking for. I knew how to describe it but I wasn't sure exactly what the item was called. There's an associate named Shereen who was extremely helpful! She was happy to show me the two locations the item was located so I had a selection to pick from. She also gave me tips on how to find items faster next time by using the Home Depot app! Overall I had a great experience here and was in and out of the store with exactly what I was looking.I didn't even know there was a Home Depot app so I'm definitely using that next time!

I really like how I was treated at the store and how they clarify all the questions I had about a product. I would recommend this store to people I know.

Went in looking for a small Christmas tree and the one we wanted was almost out--the display was left. Rachael was helpful in helping us get what we wanted, which ended up being a different and more affordable tree than our original pick. Thanks Rachael!

Home Depot is a great place to find almost anything you need for your home improvement projects. I love the prices selection and most of all their associates who provide excellent customer service.

The store has a lot of inventory which is very helpful when I need parts and supplies. Employees are always helpful and available. Main isle is sometimes crowded with items makes it a little hard to move about. The parking lot could be kept cleaner.

This time of the year has great sales for appliances however more sales associates are needed in that department. Overall purchase experience is lengthy but best I have experienced in comparison to other stores I have visited.

The Store is always clean and very well maintain, The staff is very courteous.

I went in to inquire about how to go about renting a carpet cleaner. Frank Jongitude (sp?) Was extremely helpful. I did not have to wait long to be asked if he could help and he answerd all my questions to my satisfaction. I will not only be back to rent from your store, I will recommend your location over others just because of the friendliness of your employees. Thank you Frank for all your help.
