Yesterday, I was shopping at McKinney Home Depot and Anna from paint department was very nice and helpful, also Jim Stewart at the PRO desk

This is only the second time we have had a concern at Home Depot - Both times we were treated with respect, and were believed at what we were saying - No questions asked, no shell games, just honest customer service -

I had an amazing experience purchasing my new dryer and washer thanks to the help and guidance of Baron . I'm extremely satisfied with his service.

Mario and Joanna went above and beyond to help me find an item that was not where it was supposed to be. They located item when other employees had simply given up by stating it must not be in stock.

I buy from Home Depot 6-10 times a week and never have any issues with products , if you do need to bring back an item its no hassle.

Ben has so much paint knowledge and can help you with your projects. Great customer service and made my trip count.

I went into the store to buy a new washer and dryer and realized as soon as we got there that my Home Depot card was in my OTHER wallet. I anticipated some push back, but not only was that "okay!", but the gentlemen that helped us walked us to customer service after he placed our order, waited with us in the customer service line until we were helped and the transaction completed, then made sure we had all the information on how to try to get our delivery date moved up! He was so kind!

I’m always amazed at the genuine interest and detailed product accuracy of the Management and its associates from customer service all the way through. The Mckinney store on Central is my favorite store.

Don't plan on going there at 8:00 to shop in the garden center. It's locked and you can't even get in without going through the store. They open when the cashier shows up. The man watering plants outside said "it varies." They need to change this.

Needed help with screws and washers; requested help; immediate announcement over PA system; associate GREGG showed up and spent some time trying to find the best match; also helped other in the aisle requested quick answers - polite and knowledgeable.

Just go to Allen this store is awful

Have shopped this HD for years. Usually as a woman needing an obscure item it is a lot of wandering and no finding. The team was great and very helpful. Escorted me to the item, helpful, joking, just great!! Even though it was self service check out , there was a nice young man that rang up my item and showed me how to use a Merchandise credit I had. A very pleasant & quick trip for the right part!

Every Spring and fall I am treated by a good friend with a gift (since I lost my hubby). I always go to THD and splurge on a few plants or items for my gardens

Kyle Self was a standout SME on the floor and was very helpful getting my items checked out and my items in my vehicle.

This is my "go to" Home Depot store. I just love the layout of the store, it's friendly associates and the great products they stock. And the location is convenient for me as well!!

Placed an order for flooring. Waited weeks for in-stock materials to arrive, had to reschedule installers as we thought we had everything. Installers came to install flooring and we were told we had the wrong materials to install the floor. Completed an purchase and refund via phone for the right materials, but it was incorrect. Every person we spoke with blamed someone else for the issues. Zero accountability on behalf of the store/employees. We had to leave messages for anyone to return our calls and no one was ever able to help us. So disappointed in the service from this store. Flooring did get installed and looks beautiful, but I’m still waiting on a correction with our refund.

I went to the Home Depot needing some blinds. Mr. Brandon Brown approached me and asked if we needed help. I told him I'd like to have the blinds cut. He was so kind and cut them to perfection. He didn't feel rushed or made me feel like I was bothering him. I went home and hung the blinds they were perfect! People like him definitely make this world a better place.

i went to the mckinney location for the first time and i was very happy when i left the customer service was awesome!!!!!

both employees Scott and Mark were helpful and provided good service.

I was in need for a wet/ dry vac. I wasn't sure what size I needed for home use. I told the associate what I needed it for and the one he recommended worked great.

Gabe was fantastic. I praised him in the Survey so please reference. Gabe is an asset to your store. He was not just doing his job. He is a genuinely great person with fantastic customer service before, during and after the sale. He deserves some recognition. He was multi tasking and dealing with all times of situations yet everyone felt serviced and taken care of. He delegated and still put his personal touch on the service. Just fantastic.

I am in and out of home depot weekly. I have had assistance in nearly every department and have met the absolute kindest humans who work here as well as the location on N Custer. Professional, personable, genuinely KIND people who will not hesitate to go above and beyond.
