Store does not honor there sale prices on the shelf a row of decorations under one price then treat you like a thief when you point out there mistake. Never going to the Home Depot on 192 in Melbourne Florida again.

Home Depot is always my first stop when I need home improvement. This location always has the nicest helpful employees of any store I visit. Home Depot has a wider selection of products than the competition. It is nice to see people working in retail enjoy helping customers with problems and I think this comes from the culture set by the founders and current management. Keep up the good work.

The store is very clean and well stocked; employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products; no high pressure sales, just courteous assistance when needed. I'm looking forward to returning to this Home Depot.

This Home Depot Store provided me with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Their employees provided assistance, were friendly, and extremely helpful. Being new to the area, the employees that I came across while in the store were very welcoming. Anytime that I had a question or needed to find a particular item, the employees would stop and show me where to find it! I am absolutely satisfied with the customer service that the employees provided during my shopping experience. I want to highlight a Home Depot employee, Lai. She went above and beyond to go out of her way in assisting me with a situation (lost my keys). She diligently worked to resolve my issue. She was helpful and made sure that I was at ease. I am very grateful for her customer service and personable skills. Thank you, Lai!!!!

Every employee I had a conversation with was smiling, friendly and demonstrated a concern for my needs and questions. I did not have time to stroll and look around this time, I had a one thing to find and back to work. Thanks to your team, I made it inside to exactly what I was looking for and even had time to pick a few more items, walked right up to a helpful check out station and out the door in record time. I will recommend your location and will return for my next project and even take some time to stroll around next visit.

I often shop at home improvement stores but today the team members of this Melbourne location went so far above and beyond while displaying big smiles on the smallest task that i will always be returning to this store first.

Good store...BUT, If you come to this Home Depot be prepared to be bothered by walk around vendors. Home Depot needs to STOP the practice of employees or vendors walking around the store trying to sell you on a "water survey" or "a/c questionnaire". This is annoying, intrusive and many times I get asked TWICE in the same visit by the same person! I come to The Home Depot to get what I need and leave. If I wanted a "water survey" (which really means trying to sell me a water system) or a quote on an A/C system, I would have come in for that. Home Depot needs to set up a booth as you come in and just have the person sit there! These people make you feel like you're being stalked as you walk around the store. This happens every time at this store. I don't know if this is a company wide policy but it needs to stop. Some of these people are SUPER aggressive and won't take NO for an answer. Do these people get paid for everyone they "sign up"? Your Customer DO NOT want to be harassed as they shop, they want HELP finding the right solutions to their Home projects rather than an annoying HARD SELL for water systems and A/C units!! Checkout guy Mark is super awesome.

I’ve been going into this store for years! So that has to say something about the store! One stop shopping for all your household needs! And they love my doodles!!!

Every time I go in their are no cashiers working, only self checkout. I don’t need a job

I usually end up at the West Melbourne Home Depot after giving the competition a chance which they normally fail. More than the overwhelming product choices at great prices is the feeling that almost all of the associates convey the feeling that they enjoy working there and serving their customers.

I love everything about this particular location. Employees, service, item variety, and prices! However, the parking lot lights need to be brighter at night.

Every time I enter this store I am welcomed!! Mike in lumber is an amazing employee and should travel to be an official trainer for every Home Depot store! He is an exceptional above and beyond employee!!
