Great prices, associates are the best, always willing to help.

When you come across the employees there, they are willing to help you. They're very friendly and have the right attitude, this is why I keep coming back to this store.

I came in with a mower that stopped working. Fortunately I had purchased Home Depot's replacement plan. The employee walked me through the entire process and provided me with a new mower that same day.

Our cashier was extremely helpful and courteous in helping with the self check out line. We love coming Merced Home Depot.

Store associates should be a little more attentive and have knowledge of the products in store.

The store was well organized and clean. The employees were right there to help me when I needed assistance I would shop there again for sure.

had to return some special order counter tops that had been cut incorrectly by an outside contractor. Tho they were unable to replace them, the customer service people cheerfully refunded my money

Cora, the Associate that was working the cash register, was very friendly, and helpful. She was also very cheerful, and went out of her way to go find the price for me, on an item with no UPS sticker, herself. The Home Depot needs more friendly, and helpful associates, like Cora. I quit shopping at The Home Depot for a long time, and went to Lowe's, because the associates at Lowe's were much friendlier, and more helpful. It is associates like Cora that have brought me back to The Home Depot. Someone please tell Cora she is doing a great job, and to keep up the good work.

I was very impressed with how the associates listened to my purpose for being in the store. Both were very informed and provided excellent options I had not considered which made my purchase easier and wiser choice!

The store was great i was looking for a light and could not find it. The associate helped me gay and i was on my way. Had a great experience.

The store was clean and tidy. Everything had a place which made it very easy to access everything. The floor associates were very friendly and helpful. I was able to find what I was looking for quickly with no problems. The cashier that checked me out Bernice was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. I would definitely go back to the Merced Home depot .

I am a disabled person, and this store always has more than one electric carts for my use(not like the Lowes store). I no longer shop at Lowes as they don't seem to care for disabled customers,which is the exact opposite here at Merced Home Depot. I get agreeting and help getting me a cart and very helpful employes to assist me with finding,loading and unloading here.Why shop any where else. Thank you Home Depot Merced.

Clean store. I had trouble making a pick-up, but received wonderful help from the shipping department and from Customer Service. Well done!

The lady's that run the register really know what they are doing so goes fast when your in a hurry so there is never no long lines to wait in

I am completely satisfied with all aspects of my visit and purchase at the flooring department.

My wife went to find an associate and the associate said he'd call the guy for that dept to come and help us. No one came so the associate we asked came over and gave us some great info on the circular saw I was looking at. He was friendly, they were out of stock of the one I wanted, and he went above and beyond. Mark is exactly what I appreciate when I'm in unsure of a brand, informative, and helpful. It wasn't even his department and he was helping us. He walked me and my wife to the cashier and Dee helped out us out at the register. These two people are why I shop at home depot instead of walmart. Quality tools and associates who WANT to help. Mark, I hope your daughters dont turn your hair any more gray! Thank you again!

Went into the store to have paint mixed. The computer showed that the color we wanted would work the PRO170 paint. It did not! Took the 5 gallons back to the store and the paint department representative took the time to research the issue. As it turned out, the color should not have been mixed with that paint, so the representative mixed it with the proper paint and discounted the new 5 gallon can. He price matched it and then walked us over to customer service to make sure that we received the discount. Great Job! This representative has restored my faith, that there is still a few people in California that care and can make you feel that they really care.
