Saw more orange aprons trying to help than ever before. Ricardo is one of the store managers and he is very customer oriented and walks around asking people how he can help.
Bought this door and am very happy with it. Gene in Millwork custom ordered it when I did not even know they sold them. They are not advertised on the website. It came unfinished, I burnt and stained it. Ricardo helped with the process as well.

Great Stock of Fresh Christmas Trees
We purchased 2 Frazier Fir Christmas Trees. It was easy to look at the available trees because they were unwrapped and set up neatly. The trees were fresh and smelled good. We were very pleased with our purchase.

Awful customer service
I went in to find a screw and left 45 minutes later. The customer service at that store is garbage. So many people standing around the entrances and I get a little old lady sent to me with as much knowledge in screw finding as me or less

Home Depot Mesquite Location
This Home Depot has the absolute best manager. His name is Sylvester. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and went out of his way to make sure we found what we were looking for. He knows the blueprint of his store. The best customer service we have ever received. Another employee, Tony C. , he was very pleasant as well.

06/21/25 I went to the store in Mesquite TX and my overall experience was pleasant. I had not been in the store in a while and realized that some things are not as plentiful in the store as they used to be. I did find what I was looking for. I would return.

Great help
I normally don’t need to buy items from several different departments but this was prep for large appliances I’m installing. I shopped all over the store and everyone was very helpful in regards to finding items. Jan in plumbing really impressed me with his knowledge and willingness to help. I have not had so many great employees assist me in years.

Hard to find
Always needing help for one thing are another not sure getting the right part, but like most large chain stores hard to find that one person that knows what there talking about and can really help. If it is important I will go to ace were they great you and help you on the spot, but pricing kills you.

The last 3 times I was there , the store was getting worse on the stars not good ..

The Mesquite store is the best I have been in. Even the young people are helpful. They stay busy too without the boss around. Keep it up. I dislike you going to the oak lawn store because of the opposite work ethic there. So I try to go to mesquite

Dining set
Ordered the set online one of the dining chairs broke within a couple months the store said it was not their fault and we need to call the company that made the table which we did with no response.
