Best place to buy seeds.

Service is awful at this store. No one wants to help you. They never have handicap carts that work or are charged.

There was a little confusion on my order but Lakesha help me get everything sorted out all while providing great customer service! She made the process much easier and we had great conversation the entire time!

I have shopped at Home Depot for everything from indoor house plants to cleaning supplies to appliances and I have always walked away happy. Plus being a Home Depot credit card holder has its perks, too!

Employee (Nathan) seemed short, curt, moody, granted...the store was crowded, and I pray that I wasn't rude or unpleasant to him, but common courtesy in treating people kindly does help to distress stressful situations. It's already difficult to get someone to help when you are in the store shopping, so it helps to have a patient, intuitive demeanor when dealing with the varied personalities that comes with working in retail.

This store is awesome! The associates speak through out the store and know there stuff! I needed help at the self check out and Lakesha was passing bye and stopped the register didn’t take cash! She took my one item to the return and checked me out! Look for her if you visit the Mesquite location!

I went to buy a water heater, Could not get any help! After locating the water heater I needed the aisle were so cluttered/ blacked I could not get a cart down the to get the water heater. Could not get any help! After paying for the water heater I could not get any help loading it in my truck.

No one to help load heavy products on to carts or in to vehicle. A store full of tools but can't cut a piece of tubing. Awful service! 0 Stars!

I had Erica today with a bad mood giving me service, she doesn't like when customers ask for price match.

We just went to look for tile but there was enough, this time but the stocking could be better just in case someone had a big job to be done soon.

The morning shifts are a better team than night shifts. If you need to come here make sure it's in the morning. If not, make sure they listen to your needs because they don't seem to grasp that concept.

The one item I came for was out of stock on the floor, has been for weeks. yet the entire time there's a box on the overshelf ready to be stocked. Two weeks ago on an earlier trip, same scenario except there's a rolling floor step right next to the product so i went up and got it down myself, took one of the product and left the carton on the floor RIGHT in front of its facing spot on the shelf (in hopes the associates would stock it). No luck, box is back on the shelf with no product on floor. Merchandising skills in this store suck and apparently management is too clueless to resolve.

typical home depot- some are helpful and some are so- overall had decent shopping experience just have to know how to talk to the associate to get the help you need

This store is well stocked. They have whatever you need. The employees are there to make your trip as easy as possible. They will even help or show you how something operates. I would go visit this store whenever you need anything for your home, yard, and garden.

I have been going to this Home Depot at 3 different locations for #6537 Mesquite. I will continue to go even after having an experience that I did not enjoy. I usually find what I go after

I love Home Depot. I have not ever had an unsatisfactory shopping experience and have always found helpful and friendly employees there. Always find what I need, store is clean, sometimes cluttered from restocking or resetting items. If shopping for appliances, ask for Gladys and in flooring ask for Eric, both extremely helpful!
