Friendly Cashiers every time I have made a purchase.

Great experience

No cashiers, stock was a mess. Only bright spot was a worker named James in the lumber department who went way out of his way to help.

Everyone that works at the Mesquite Home Depot are always helpful and friendly to me. Also it is very easy to find what I'm looking for !

Highly recommend this store ! Everything is easy to locate and employees always on the floor looking to help you find what you need !

Just had a pleasant experience with a sales associate, Christopher, at this store. I had a project planned and wanted to get everything at one time and have it delivered to my house. I tried to do it online, but the web site forces you to split the order between items you can pick up at the store and those you have to order online. I had a coupon for 10% discount for online/in store order and the web site would not apply it. I canceled the order and decided to go to the store to order the items and get the 10%. Christopher assisted me. He had to take the time to look up all the SKU's for the items I wanted and found a way to get me my 10% off as the computer still would not accept the coupon even though it was valid. After placing several calls for a solution, he found one that was perfectly satisfactory to me. He even had a good suggestion on getting it delivered by helping me with reserving a time for a rental truck. The service was excellent this trip and I appreciate it.

Purchased a electric range at this store and had very nice and helpful employee helping me with the purchase. Only disappointment was that the original delivery date was changed to a later date than originally set up :( Delivery service called and confirmed appointment and then called later in the day changing the actual delivery date. It was a recording and you could not reach a real person to talk to. I had to call the store and they looked it up and said "item was damaged and they have to reorder". It would be nice if the delivery folks would give you a reason for the delay and actually allow you to talk to a real person.

Needed to buy paint for the exterior of my home. Went in & was helped as soon as we asked & they mixed the huge 5 gallon paint to our likening. Purchased a few other things but was very pleased w/how helpful the employees were. Thank you!!

Fast, Efficient,Freindly, and Knowledgeable is what the employees at this store take pride in. I will order online or shop in store at this location again for this reason. :)

The store usually has whatever I am looking for and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable about items and where they are kept in the store. The bathrooms and isles are always nice and clean and presentable. I also appreciate the discount given to veterans like myself. Also it is more helpful since they started storing the dollies/carts indoors, so you don’t have to drag them in from outside.

For one of the busier stores in the dallas area, it was severely understaffed. When I finally found someone, he had no knowledge of what I needed, and when he was told by someone where to find it, he had no understanding of the aisle and bay numbering system. I found what I needed by myself based on the information given by the other associate.

I needed to go buy a frigerator and stove, the lady that helped me was very professional and the whole process was smooth sailing I would definitely go back there and shop again.

I was impressed by the employees who helped me in getting a Genie Garage opener installed. They took time explaining which one will be good in my case.

My most recent visit to this store on 1-14-19 was the worst visit I have ever had in all the years and all the stores of this kind I have ever used. I received an e-mail from this store on 1-14-19 saying an item I had ordered had arrived. A phone call to the store about 2 hours before going there talking with a female employee confirmed that the item was indeed in. Two hours later I arrived at the store only to face a display of gross incompetence by being told by an employee named Queen that she could not find where the product had arrived after looking at their computer. She never explained to me why I got an e-mail about the arrival of the product and a co-worker of hers confirming that the product was in. She could offer no explanation. For 35 minutes I stood at the counter while she pretended to look for the item. My suspicion grew even more when she called me several minutes after I left saying she found the order.

Seems like every time I go there, they are out of stock on one or more of the items I need.
