on my last visit to your store I found the store in an immaculate shape as far as cleanliness and tidiness during these busy holidays one would have expected some level of disarray but not here. That along with the friendly and prompt customer service we received from Ms. Kumari and Ms. Serena, who were extremely helpful, we were able to find just what we had come for and more. Their assistance enhanced our overall shopping experience greatly. thank you and keep up the awesome work there.

James in the paint department is a miracle worker. He matched a paint color no longer made by a brand Home Depot does not carry.

Love the Middletown Home Depot! Mark,Roger and Pam at the pro desk are amazing. Always have great information and can find out just about anything. Very helpful. Candy and Marcell at the service desk, and stephanie are always great and very helpful too. the staff is always friendly and try there best to find what you need.

This Home Depot is exceptionally good. I have been to many Home Depots across the country, and this one is in the top three. Primarily the customer support is fantastic. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The restocking, as far as I have experienced, is excellent here as well.

Me went in today completely stressed out. We were to show our house today (for sale) & our hot water heater died. Daniel, at the Middletown, location RI was so helpful, professional and happy to help. He made phone calls and helped with arranging for delivery and installation. He helped calm me down. We are very happy we decided to go to Home depot today because of the service we received.

Store was clean and associates were very helpful. Most products I needed were on site but some I had to order online. Which they assisted me with as well.
