The Home Depot is close , convenient, has friendly responsive staff, and great prices and I have other options (Loews, Wal Mart, and Meier's)

I have shopped this store since it opened from day 1. I have never had a bad experience at this Milford location. I have made many trips to this store as we had our home built and have spent over $30,000. I am a retired manager of a $13,000,000 yearly retail business with 225 employees. This store is one of your very best.

Great friendly store to this transplant from Texas. Home depot has always been my go to home improvement store. Employees were helpful assisting with my drywall purchase and even had someone help me load them onto my trailer. Very much appreciated when shopping alone.

Extremely friendly and fast service from garden store employee.

The employees are always so kind at this location. No matter their department, they always seem to know where an items locations and it help me find what I need quickly.

I had made a purchase online with a direct shipment to my home. When the purchase arrived, 2 of the 4 items I purchased were a wrong item from what I ordered. I returned the 2 items to the store for credit and purchased them at the store, since they were now in stock at this location. The customer service person was able to handle the online return and was very nice to work with.

The store was very clean and organized. The prices are fair and competitive. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. I was offered assistance, which I did need and want, by several employees. The cashier was very helpful and friendly! I'll definitely be recommending this store to friends and family!

I usually have a good experience when visiting Home Depot. It was very busy. Not enough staff available to answers questions or help me with what I needed. Out of products or only damaged items left.

I wanted 2 lawn chairs , but they would not fit in my car. Two employees took them apart for me. They were concerned that I wouldn't be able to put them back together again. They came to my house and put them back together for me! I tried to give them a tip for their time and trouble, but they would not accept it. All of this they, did for a $40.00 purchase! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my home improvement needs!

I frequent this store often and have found such a difference in the staff here versus Lowe's which is less than a mile away. Home Depot has ALL of my business because of the obvious effort to be friendly and accommodating to my needs.

I had help from Christopher on another trip to that store and Yorn helped me load the car
