I’m an advanced Remideled and when I have a technical Q, Charlie or the other Charlie are there to answer! From home automation switches to 240V car charger installs, they have helped!

I was looking for some drop-down shades. I wanted a reasonably priced that I wanted a look that looked a little bit more decorative than Justin ordinary shade. I had looked all throughout the store and just wasn’t sure how to move forward. I have the pleasure to meet a gentleman in the Mission Viejo, California store. He took me directly to the product I needed, and it was priced so reasonably. He cut them down to size to meet my dimensions in my home. I hired outside handy people to install these shades and they are absolutely perfect and I love them and I’m so happy that I did this. This gentleman has such patience and I’m grateful for him.

This is simply my favorite Home Depot location because the left turn off is on south Marguerite parkway before The Shops Shopping Mall. An uncongested street. It’s not as crowded as some other locations. Helpful employees.

Everyone (I delt with 3 separate employees) was so friendly and helpful! I was so pleased and will tell my neighbors!

I do not expect assistance at Home Depot, even if I ask for help they will point and say I think it’s aisle whatever I have no expectations so I am not disappointed. I will continue to shop there when I need a specific item or two

Most every time I come here there are five or six employees grouped next to the cash registers, watching customers check themselves out. That’s an abomination. When I go up to someone and ask them where something is, they don’t know and they have to look up on their phone. You need some employees to have some knowledge. I’m off to somewhere else that can help me who has knowledge and actually works a cash register.

We have been shopping at the Home Depot in MV for 20 years, and the experience is always top notch. The people in all the department are experienced, knowledgeable and friendly! Recently bought a refrigerator and stove. The team in Appliances was knowledgeable and helped us make a decision on our purchase. Great people and Great prices! Always a pleasure shopping there!

I love shopping for tools and gadgets and Home Depot is my go to place.

Home Depot is my favorite store.

They didn’t have our grab bar in stock, and the man was super, super, helpful!!

I bought the product last month. I picked an extra tall size instead of chair height. There was nothing wrong with the product, but the product was a little tall for me. I was able to get the product returned, and I purchased the product to replace it at chair height. The team in customer service was very helpful along with getting management approval to push through the RGA. Thank you, Rebecca. Thank you V thank you, Jordan.

I asked multiple employees for help and they seemed annoyed and would point me in a direction (that was wrong). On the forth employee I waited to ask her for help and she ignored me as I waited for her to finish what she was working on. I gave up and just spent 30 minutes looking on multiple aisles on my own. If you are looking for help from the staff this is not the store for you!

We are completing a kitchen renovation and visited Home Depot for window shades. I was able to order samples from those many sample books they had available and then met with the window covering specially. He was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in walking us through the process. We are waiting to hear from the sales associate from the window covering company in order to finalize our order. Home Depot has been a great source of help during our kitchen project and for all our garden needs.

I have been getting all my related things at this store since they open.I love this place.

We were in a hurry to find bathroom lighting and a nearby employee showed us the ones in stock. He helped us pick the appropriate size based on the vanity and once we chose it he walked us over to the lightbulbs, opened the box with the fixture in it to make sure it would adequately fit the bulbs we liked.

I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO RECOGNIZE MASON WHEELAHAN FROM THE FLOORING DEPARTMENT. MASON WAS VERY HELPFUL FROM THE FIRST DAY I INQUIRED ABOUT FLOORING INSTALLATION TO PLACING THE ORDER. OUR HOA REQUIRES 10MM UNDERLAYMENT TO BE INSTALLED WITH THE VINYL FLOORING WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE TO INSTALL AS IT VOIDS THE WARRANTY. MASON WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HELPING ME FIND THE CORRECT UNDERLAYMENT THAT WOULD WORK WITH OUR FLOORING. HE CALLED MULTIPLE FLOORING & UNDERLAYMENT MANUFACTURERS, COMMUNICATED WITH HOME DEPOT INSTALLER JUST SO WE CAN GET A RESOLUTION. HE DIDN’T EVEN MIND STAYING AFTER HIS WORK HOURS TO HELP US AND ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS. IT’S BEEN FRUSTRATING DEALING WITH OUR HOA BUT MASON DIDN’T GIVE UP ON THIS ORDER AND CONSISTENTLY FOLLOW UP WITH ME. I HAVE A FEELING THAT MASON DELIVERS THIS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE TO EVERY CUSTOMER HE ENCOUNTERS. I REALLY HOPE HE GETS THE RECOGNITION HE DESERVES. HOME DEPOT IS VERY LUCKY TO HAVE HIM AS ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. MY EXPERIENCE WITH HOME DEPOT SO FAR HAS BEEN GREAT AND POSITIVE BECAUSE OF MASON. MY HUSBAND AND I WOULD LIKE TO THANK MASON AND HOME DEPOT IN MISSION VIEJO.

The aisles were nice and wide for ease of shopping with a cart and a great selection of plants

Aggressive sales tactics to open credit cards for vulnerable seniors harming their FICO scores irreparably. Offering unsolicited financial advice and stating that saving $85 from a purchase is a good thing, while sliding is an aggressively pushed credit card inquiry, permanently harming the vulnerable Senior. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

The ‘customer pick up’ staff at the Mission Viejo store is always so helpful, kind and personable! I am always greeted with a smile and told to have a nice day when leaving. Thanks so much for focusing on the small but important details of customer service!
