Kasie and Arelette gave our school $50 off our bill for campus clean up! I appreciate their willingness to help our school and community! I shop at Home Depot Mission Viejo for my family's needs as well.

Like the store, convenient location, nice personnel.

Wood siding was in stock, they cut it for free with less than a minute wait time. The free lumber cutting is a great time saver!

I needed some plants, some dirt and a couple of bricks. Went to Home Depot. Found them. Bought them. Went home and got on with my life. i wouldn't recommend the store because there's no need to -- it's about the only place around here where you can conveniently buy plants, dirt and a few bricks. Not the only one, mind you, but it's the closes to where I live. Otherwise I'd probably be going to someplace else for my plants, dirt and a few bricks. Because it's just a couple of plants, some dirt and a few bricks, for chrissakes. Basically two kinds of dirt and some things that grow in dirt. So...yeah. Home Depot. You can rent a truck there, I guess, so that's nice.

The store is very organized. People that assisted me are very professional.

Home Depot had everything I was looking for during my shopping trip.

Sometimes you just get pleasantly surprised. My wife and I were at Home Depot both to gather information and to purchase a few garden items. While in the flooring section of the store we were assisted by a young man named Jordan. He has a true grasp of what Customer Service should be and takes it to a higher level. He was very knowledgeable about the various products we were inquiring about, but more importantly to us - he made us feel he actually cared and we were not interrupting the project he'd been working on. Once we had the information we wanted and realized we did not have the information from home that we needed, he thanked us for our interest and let us know he'd be happy to help us on our next visit to Home Depot.

I like that everyone is friendly and helpful. The only thing that would have made it better is if you would have had a sand blaster to rent.

Rosie Soto account sales associate was well knowledgeable, able to place an out of state order in timely manner, order floor tile she did coordinate with out of state store in order to satisfie my order requirement.

Pat in the paint department was amazing. He helped loads of colors, and made 8 different colors for me. He also was helpful in picking the least expensive paint for each project (there are 4), and he helped me remember the paint I actually came in to get!

The store location is really nice, it's surrounded by the mountains. Once I enter the store, it gives me an enticing feeling to go around and check the deals. I plan to by a washer and dryer and it only took me 2 minutes to find the specific product model that I want. When I'm on the appliance section, an associate offers help and mentioned all the great deals that they offer that day. Within 10 minutes, we decided to buy the washer and dryer package and he proceed the checkout right away. I will definitely go back to this store to get more stuffs for the house!

The store was clean and bright. Another lane was opened due to a long line, and it was as fast and easy check out. Friendly staff.

Could not find the exact product I was looking for. I asked at the paint desk if the product was in stock. A very friendly and helpful associate walked with me and showed me exactly where the product I needed was located.

We went to the Home Depot to purchase an over the range microwave. We were assisted by an associate who was being helpful, but then he told us he had to leave and another associate would help us. The second associate came over after we waited for 10 minutes and talked with us for a minute to find out what we wanted. He left and never returned. An associate who was walking by noticed us standing there and told us that the other associate was busy and would return shortly. After another 30 minutes, we left the department. The associate who was supposed to be helping us didn't give us an explanation of why he was walking away. He also seemed disinterested in helping us. Also, we went to look for a cleaning product and had difficulty finding them. The aisles weren't clearly marked we walked around the store for 10 minutes before we finally found the aisle with the cleaning products. There were no associates in sight to ask where the cleaning products were. This store lost our business and we will not return.

I really enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Every one that works there is eager to help and go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. I love feeling like an important customer even if I am there just to get few items.

The Mission Viejo Home Depot is my favorite Home Depot Store in SoCal for many reasons. From the marked "Veteran" parking spaces near the front entrance in honor of those who have served and sacrificed for America. I am not a Veteran but have heartfelt gratitude for our current and past military soldiers. There is always someone to great you when you enter and direct you or answer questions if you need assistance. The employees are knowledgeable and willing to help. The Customer Service desk is always friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and clean. The restroom is well stocked and clean.

beside the minor lack of tool for hobbyist, everything was great about the store.

Jason (one of the store manager's at this location) is absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond to help us sort out a return issue we had. He is a true gem & Home Depot is lucky to have him at the helm :-)

I went to Home Depot to purchase several potting soil bags for a home improvement project. After purchasing 10 bags of soil, I was assisted out to my vehicle by TWO associates. The associates carefully lined my car trunk with plastic bags and loaded the soil bags in a way that I could easily remove them when I got home. One associate gave me much appreciated soil and gardening tips. This is my favorite store and they have the best employees!! I definitely recommend anyone embarking on any DIY home or garden projects to solicit the advice of some of the very knowledgeable store employees. They have helped me many times over the years.

I needed help figuring out a paverstone project. Rosie Soto in Account Sales went way past what I'd have expected in walking me out to review notes on the product signs, computing my needs for a complex pattern I had in mind, and developing all aspects of the purchase. Bravo. She was patient and effective.

The sales associates here were awesome. They helped us pick out products for our remodeled kitchen/bath, find the proper cleaning products we needed, and check out quickly. The check-out associate Arlette was especially friendly and helpful. Employees like her will keep us coming back to this store.

I had purchased an item on line and it said one week delivery, I need the product ASAP so I went to the store to check and they had the item in stock so I purchased it here and cancelled the online order. the only issue was the order cancellation and refund to my home depot credit card. I had to return to the store and sign for the refund.
