Love this store. Our sales associate Grant made the tedious job of buying carpet simple and quick.

Store was well organiz, I buy all supply and tools for my Apartment complex, Ryan Peters ,Pro Account Sales Associate was very knowledgeable and helpful putting together my order in timely manner.

This store is my go-to location when I need anything for my home. The associates and cashiers are wonderful.

I was remodeling my kitchen , looking for Sink ,Fused, and bathroom shower heads Sales associate name" Alex" ,came to help me, He was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful, explaining the brand name ,function and did price comparison , I selected the best accessories for my new kitchen and bath ,and saved a lots of money . Sales associate in Mission Viejo ,Home depot are usually very good and helpful , But Alex in Kitchen and Bath department , was excellent , good attitude! I recommend the store to near by customers . Great store,,,for the most part great staff....Eddie in plumbing is a very rude store associate..... I don't go shopping to be treated poorly by the stores associates.

On our recent visit to your store, we easily located the product we sought, there was a helpful assistant available to help us. He was knowledgeable and experienced. He answered our questions was important to making our decision. I would definitely visit Home Depot again!

I don't know anything about tools or paints and for associates to come and help me in what i was looking for, was more then what I expected. they were friendly and patient with me.

when you come to store it is last items and you have to go to other stores

I had a great experience with renting power washers at this store. Bob at the desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. He went way out of his way to help us and was a pleasure to deal with. When I was returning the equipment I found myself looking for him and as luck would have it he was walking across the parking lot with a sandwich in his hand. Even though he was on his lunch hour he took the time to check the equipment back in and assisted another associate with lifting the equipment out of my SUV. Both employees were easy to work with and pleasant. I would hire Bob in a minute. He is really a shining example of a great employee and person. He will go far in the business world.

Unable to find and associates for assistance. During checked out, 2 cashier unable to figure out how to accessed my account. I have aProaccount for one week since I made a purchase of almost ten thousand for my renovation.

I am an old lady who was looking for a not-so-popular window covering. I called first to see if they had any idea what I was looking for. Diana, a part-time associate, took the call and said she would call me back with the info. Believe it or not, she DID call me back and furthermore she did find what I was looking for.

I have visited many Home Depots, however for the last eleven years, store 0614 has been my main store to visit, get great advice on all home improvement and construction topics from many knowledgable associates. Most associates are friendly, attentive, recognize you and never fail to help and share their wealth of practical know how. Using the internet and mobil apps are helpful, but these associates make the visit a pleasant, problem solving and human experience. I can't thank them enough, and look forward to my next visit!

Charlie is an Electrican Angel! Charlie helped me modify my ceiling fan last night so that I didnt have to buy a new one, I just needed a bracket and becuase the bracket is sold with the fan, it is not available as a part, well Charlie found a way to help me and it cost me about $7.00 instead of $90.00 for a new fan. Charlie is the best and he deserves an award for his outstanding custoemr service skills.

Every single person is SO nice at this store. I had written a letter to the corporate office over a year ago to say how great this store is. Since then I have again had only great experiences at this Home Depot. Any question big or small I am always helped. The only thing is the solar guys... you need to calm them down. I am at the Home Depot probably twice a week (we have a lot of DIY home projects) and each time I am stalked and I try to be nice and say no thank you but they do not take no for an answer. They have become quite annoying. But besides that everything is really GREAT at the Mission Viego 0614 store! Thanks : )

Product Availability, Customer Service, Eazy to find

We ordered blinds for our French doors but the blinds weren't long enough. It covered the windows of the doors perfectly and ended at the window frame. But the brackets can't screw into the window frame. So we needed to create our own bracket. The Home Depot guy gave us great ideas on how to MacGyver a bracket to fit our blinds and voila! Our door blinds look magnificent with his help! Thanks Home Depot man!
