I rented the drum sander to strip my hardwood floors myself for the first time. Feeling confident in my DIY project thanks to YT vids and Home Depot for having the drum sander for rental, I set off on my quest! Lots of lessons learned and I grossly underestimated the time it would take, I would say I'm super happy and proud of my hard work! I stripped the whole house, pics are of master bedroom. Edging and finishing sanding still needs to be done. 2 days, about 12-14 hours to completely strip 1100 SF, 3 bed house. Tips from my mistakes: buy more sanding sheets than you think you need by double at least, you can always return unused supplies rather than stopping in the middle and having to return to the store for more, plan for this project to take more time than you thought, ask questions about the equipment, the associate in rentals helped me with finding the sheets and showed me a general use of the sander which helped a lot this having been my first time doing this. This was a heck of a project and I couldn't have done it without home Depot Morristown's help! All of the associates we ran into across the store asked if we needed help and greeted with a smile. Best experience in taking on a large project like this because of the availability of rental drum sander and friendly helpful employees! Thank you!

Hefty red 4 tier shelf. Great for storage and organization needs in your garage. So far very happy we did have to bolt them onto the wall so they wouldn’t tip over in case somebody ever crawled on one. Very happy with product.

Looking for a RIGID saw horse on line before heading to Morristown HD. Only to find the Bay and Isle were correct, however different item occupied the space provided... Snagged to HD team members and they 'went to town' to try and locate the quantity of 'FIVE" showing in stock...They finally gave up (or so I thought) and apologized for the item not being available...Five minutes later and three isles away they tracked me down and said the FOUND the stock...HA HA...never had that experience a big box store! Elevators and isle closures ensued to retrieve my Rigid saw horse... Many thanks to the team at HD for not letting me leave empty handed!! FIVE STAR Employees, clone them!!!

Returns are quick and simple when you have a receipt. Customer service is wonderful there.

Ordered a $1800 special order door. Did at store pickup. Took them 50 minutes to bring out my busted door. Was offered a bix of staples to repair door and a measly $100 discount. Total clown show.

Great customer service from employees, we were asked several times if we were finding everything alright. Most stores you go in the employee see you and turn around. Keep up the good work

I'm usually happy with this store. They usually have everything in stock and ample associates to help if needed. But on this trip, two different people at the Pro desk told us that they could have a large lumber order ready for us by 6:15 a.m. the next morning, so we gave them the list and paid and left. When we arrived at the store a little after 7:00 a.m. the next morning, no one had pulled anything, so we were there for over 2 hours waiting on it to be pulled. Eventually to employees, one male and one female, showed up to load it. In the meantime my husband had loaded 80 lb bags of concrete mix and several pressure treated landscape timbers while he waited. The male employee soon left the female alone to finish loading what ended up being our 16' trailer full of pressure treated lumber and sheets of 3/4" plywood. Thus wasting our time that we needed to be working on the projects before it got too hot to do so. Time is one of the worst things to waste...

Just got it works well

We purchased 2 doors. One "off the shelf" and the other is (unfortunatrly) a special order size. Mike in the door department is fantastic. I highly recommend asking for him specifically. He was very helpful and very kind. He double-checked some specifics of the order just to make sure we got everything we needed. He was very patient.

Store employees will be of little or no help. Only shop here if you need no help or customer service.

I love going to this store. The employees are always so helpful and friendly. Recently, several employees helped me with a lava rock purchase and loaded my car. I truly appreciated their help. I'm so sorry that I didn't get their names, but I hope someone will acknowledge what a great job they did.

Home Depiot always has the best selection of exactly what I’m looking for. Everything is healthy and in great shape!

I enjoyed looking at all the plants. There was a lot. I'll admit I bought several. I'll be glad to watch them grow.

I always shop here first for my home improvement needs- the people are helpful and the store is arranged well/ well kept. Wish there was more customer parking close to the store though.

My wife and I fought for years to get a Home Depot Store in Morristown, TN. We were very impressed with Home Depot in Atlanta, GA back in 1986-87. We knew it would be great in Morristown. However, back then, Home Depot only serviced areas of 200,000 or larger populations. Years later, a small store package was designed to service communities of 80,000 or larger. Due to Morristown servicing a 5 county region, it finally became eligible for a Home Depot Store. We are happy to have Home Depot, but service could be better. Having a greeter at the main entrance to assist in helping you find what you want would be helpful. As a Baby Boomer, it would be helpful to have self service checkouts at both ends of the store. This would help older patrons from having to walk from one end of the store to the other to checkout.

I have bought all my appliances and lawnmowers from Home Depot in Morristown. The products are great quality. Delivery has been excellent also.

I have been repairing a rental and making frequent purchases. The employees have been happy to help me. They are knowledgeable and most helpful.

I purchased a new riding mower and was pleased with my purchase.

I guess if I can't find it at Home Depot there is a good chance it doesn't exist.

I had to go to the Pro Desk because the decking I needed wads out of stock. Michelle and Laurie were very helpful. They ordered the very last of the discontinued decking for me. What I'm not happy about is that the decking was TWICE the amount as it was when it was in stock But I did get what I needed
