I guess if I can't find it at Home Depot there is a good chance it doesn't exist.

I had to go to the Pro Desk because the decking I needed wads out of stock. Michelle and Laurie were very helpful. They ordered the very last of the discontinued decking for me. What I'm not happy about is that the decking was TWICE the amount as it was when it was in stock But I did get what I needed

The range of quality product's, the helpful employees, and the affordability of those quality products will ensure that this stays my favorite home improvement store!!

You'll never find good lumber in this store. It's all always wet and crooked. And watch their prices. The price on the shelf will say one thing and when you get to the register, it will ring up at a higher price. The cashier will refuse to go back and look at the price on the shelf.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. They always have what I need.

I bought some wire on line . Process was easy enough but getting it delivered is almost impossible Home Depot good fedex bad

I had to choose a different brand that I didn't like because home depot didn't and couldn't get the color in trash compactor had to get a different microwave to get color wasn't available in a better quantity product

I went in to purchase vanity-makeup settee there wasn't one to be found in the store, asked an associate and Gentleman said could order, so proceed to order and was very nice and printed paperwork to order ,asked me to take to Sales Associate and they would take care of me from there and they did so.

I shop exclusively at Home Depot for all of my needs for the maintenance, remodeling, and repair needs of our home. It has been several years since I have darkened the doorstep of Home Depot's biggest competitor. Every visit to our local Home Depot, I am greeted by a friendly employee, and if I need help, I get it, and within a short amount of time.

Happy with Store manager. She made this right.

Got my refrigerator and was pleased it wasn't damaged! My delivery guy was super nice and My drama with the store is closed!

Danielle on the pro desk was excellent and helpful. The new guy from Michigan who picked my order also was helpful. Good team!

As usual, this store had plenty of merchandise and everything was clean and sorted out.

We drive 160 miles round trip out of state to the Morristown Tn location because the employees are so friendly and helpful.

Renee in flooring was outstanding in assisting us in our tile project. Very knowledgable and got us all set for our project. Julie was also very helpful. These are two great Home Depot employees!

I was dreading looking at refrigerators, but Karen walked me through the process and I found the one that was best for our home . She is an incredible sales associate and I will return to her dept. for all my appliance needs. She was amazing!! And my new refrigerator will be delivered in less than 5 days- great service!

Unfortunately I ran into a problem with my dehumidifier vendor - specifically with them failing to honor the warranty on their product (I was only 8 months into a two YEAR warranty). I explained the problem to Sarah and she picked up the ball and ran with it-providing an equitable solution. Can’t say enough good things about Ms Sarah - wish everyone I dealt with was as professional/customer focused and empathetic!

Great price on 32 CF FRENCH DOOR fridge no floor model Karen walked us through details of the fridge. So nice and helpful. She is one yankee we wont send back!

I shop at home depot because I like there employees friendliness and willing to help u find products .let's face it no matter how well the shelves are marked people always have problem finding products because there are so many options. That's the best thing about my home depot is that there always willing to help u with ur projects.

Everything I buy at this Home Depot is of good quality, paint, stain, tools light fixtures, etc

Today I purchased a Weber gas grill from Home Depot. Cashier Nikki was extremely helpful. Despite being extremely busy, Nikki cheerfully answered all of questions about delivery and set up of my new grill. Very professional and extremely polite and helpful.

The workers are all so friendly and knowledgeable. Just makes the shopping experience so much better!

Karen in the kitchen appliances is awesome. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My wife wanted the best oven and she walked us through every option so that she could have the best our money could buy and one that met our/her wants. She was patient and helped us place a seamless purchase/order right there in the appliance department and walked us through all the pick up instructions (we opted out of delivery). Thank you Karen!!

We love the garden center, the Morristown store has so much to choose from and the plants always look beautiful. We got ferns at the end of April and they still look great. The ones we got last year lasted all summer!
