We recently purchased a LG stove in this store. Appliances are well organized. All your appliance staff were knowledgeable about your products and helped us in ordering our stove and air fryer basket. Nice clean store. I always enjoy coming in and shopping there.

I have lived in Morristown Tennessee since 2017, have tried the other store in town multiple times but no more...Home Depot has better prices and associates are always willing to help....and do so with a smile..

I went to Home Depot to buy a washer and the associate was very knowledgeable of the washing machine I bought. He took time to explain the product thoroughly! He was very kind and patient. I live in Mosheim, and it was worth the drive to Morristown. Home Depot in Morristown is where I will do my purchasing in the future!

I am a regular customer at Home Depot Morristown I tried the other store but they just ignored me time and time again so now do ALL my business with Home Depot Morristown, refuse to shop down at the Blue Store..... I always send my customers to Home Depot and they are always happy I did....

The return employees like to make up their own rules. Good luck even if you have a receipt and return the product within the allowed time frame for a return. Also, if they are wrong, you will get attitude from the young girls doing the returns. Hopefully they hire different people that aren't difficult for no reason at all.

My wife and I visited 3 Home Depot stores shopping for remodeling items. One in Sevierville, one in Knoxville, and one in Morristown. Just no help to be found. We no longer shop at Home Depot.

We've purchased wood flooring, counter tops, major appliances, doors and miscellaneous items for our home. We've always been satisfied. Very good, responsive staff.

It is rare these days to be asked if you need help, much less get it without feeling like the sales person wants to chew off their arm to get away from you. Thank you Mark and Odalys for an outstanding shopping experience!

I was looking for a filter for a dry/wet vac and Home Depot was the only store that had it. Also I had left my tape measure at the store when checking out and returned 2 days later and they had it.

We have started coming to this store a couple of years ago and we love it,clean,neat and employees are very friendly and helpful. We will continue buying our appliances from Home Depot.

I have been shopping home improvement stores for more years than I can count, I've been in all of the major ones...Home Depot Morristown ranks at the top for customer service, associates that will go beyond to help. I shop there at least 10x per week...and shop there exclusively.

I cant say enough good things about Home Depot Morristown TN..The associates are the BEST and it starts with management and trails down to the brand new associate who is working their first day....All absolutely OUTSTANDING and I know customer service.
