We were looking for area rugs for our daughter and son-in-law's home. We had stopped at 3 other places before coming to this store. The young lady in the flooring department was great. She helped us look at all the 8' x 10' and 5' x 7' rugs and gave us suggestions on which would be best for our application. Because of this we skipped going to Lowe's (to see what they had) and purchased two 5' x 7's and one 8' x 10'. This is why we come here ... great customer service.

the Morristown store is very neat and the employees are always friendly and helpful. I find what I want and the service is exceptional. I also like the seasonal items such as the plants and flowers in the springtime. very satisified with the service here.

I always enjoy my 2 to 3 trips per week to the local Home Depot Store. Sometimes I will visit for particular items and sometimes I just go to look at all their great products. I always find what I am looking for with great service and price.

By far, and I've been to many Home Depots in my lifetime, I've been so AMAZED at the service this store renders! The employees are not only nice but they see you coming and are ready to help you if you need it! I am always surprised at their wanting to help me find something for the price I can afford AND always seem to give me choices that not only meet my needs by have excelled the need I have. Although this store is an half-hour drive away, I love going there! Here is a SHOUT OUT for the HOME DEPOT in Morristown Tennessee!

This is the best place in the surrounding area to find just about everything we need. Appliances, Electrical, Lumber, Tools, Plants, Paints, Floor Coverings, Window Blinds, Lighting, etc. We've bought it all from this store. We wouldn't come back if we didn't like it & the people that work there.

Thank you to the associates for assisting with the loading of my items and to the cashier for being so friendly. It was a busy Saturday, but I felt like I received the attention I needed.

Flooring supervisor is snotty and rude. Original salesman was GREAT but he works for a different aspect of HOME DEPOT.

I will continue to shop at this store. The employees go out of their way to assist you. They call you back when they say they will. The employee did exactly what he told you he was going to do. The web site said the store was out of the product I wanted. The employee checked inventory. They had one in stock but the box had been cut. The employee opened the box to see if the product was damaged. He called me back and said the lawn mower had no damage and that he would leave it at the front desk. He did and I picked it up before they closed.

Store is clean and well stocked, however the handy cap carts don't work and it makes it hard for a handy cap person to shop the store. I hope they replace them. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I fill out the survey and it stated that customer service was unsatisfactory but i wasn't. We just had to wait for an associate for a few minutes. She was helpful and very outgoing. She name was Tracy. She was always smiling and Thanked us for shopping the Home Depot and to enjoy our new blinds.

Clean, well kept place. No hassles from employees. In and out quickly.

We've been into Lowes, about a mile away, and their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! You have to spend time finding anyone to wait on you, and their sales associates are rude, or worse, ignore you. They have no knowledge at all on their products, and cannot even cut a simple tile. Not to mention they are terribly understaffed, and over priced!!! Home depot offers competitive prices, excellent customer service, with friendly staff, and the people who work there have wonderful product knowledge!!! I cannot say enough about how awesome our local Home Depot is! Highly recommended, for ALL your home improvement needs!!!

It has been my experience at this location to encounter friendly and knowledgeable service individuals. They help locate items and answer questions when needed. It's a good location to shop.

I indicated in the HD survey about my experience at this store as compared to other like store. I gave it a low rating. The survey interpreted my answer as referring to staff members. I was referring to understaffing of the store. Staff members were friendly and treated me very well.
