GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES....!

I indicated in the HD survey about my experience at this store as compared to other like store. I gave it a low rating. The survey interpreted my answer as referring to staff members. I was referring to understaffing of the store. Staff members were friendly and treated me very well.

The employees were easy to find and answered all my questions.

This is my "go to" store. Stocked full. Friendly staff.

Happy with the help I received in electrical. Needed a breaker for electric panel. Employees know their products.

aGAIN THE SALES ASSOCIATE LIBBY IN MORRISTOWN TENNESSEE , KITCHEN APPLIANCES WAS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE DEALT BY FAR IN ANY PAST STORE OF ANY KIND. SEARS LOWES STERCHIES, BEST BUY, HH GREGG. . YOU NEED MORE LIKE HER . SHE COULD GIVE TRAINING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHE ALSO HAD A YOUNG MAN TO LOAD THE MINI FRIDGE FOR US AND HE ALSO WAS MORE THE NORMAL. HE WAS KIND SMILING ALWAYS PLEASANT. THANK YOU TO THESE TWO.

You do not have enough employees and the store is to hot.

I've shopped at a lot of stores and this home depot is clean and always helpful

The staff here was very friendly and were eager help but none knew enough about the item I needed or their sections to know where it may have been. I had to find the item myself. The same thing happened last week.

It was just a quick in and out trip. Being familiar with the products I wanted, I did not require any help.

The materials I required were readily available in stock, and there was quite a good supply available.

My husband and I have looked in several home improvement/hardware stores for a particular item. Home Depot was the only one who carried the produce. Thank you Home Depot!!

As always the staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful in all areas. This store is always orderly, clean and well organized.

I can't comment on the store cleanliness since I did my shopping over the phone. I currently live in CT with a move to Morristown at the end of the month. I wanted to re-carpet the TN house before arriving. I chose carpet in the CT Home Depot, but the carpet crew in TN made my long-distance transaction easy and smooth. They kept me informed of each detail as it unfolded and instead of being a headache (as I expected), this project was a pleasure. My thanks to Sean, Renee, and Beth in the carpet department.

Always have a good experience at this store. Associates are friendly & helpful. Checkout is quick.

Home Depot is my chose of stores for so many of my home needs, I purchased our train heat pump, my washer and dryer, refrigerator and many lawn and garden supplies and will do so in the future

This is a fairly new store, but the problem is, I have been to the Home Depot stores in Knoxville, TN. They are much larger, and carry a much wider inventory. In Morristown, it is about the size of a large True Value Hardware store. The lumber selection is sub par. The tool selection compared to Knoxville store is almost non-existent. This is sad, as I am in the process of switching my tools over to the Rigid brand due to the lifetime warranty they offer. They always say that I can order and have it shipped to the store for pickup, but if I am going to mail order everything and wait a few days, I can do that on Amazon. I would like a store that is large enough to have what I want, when I want it, not have to order it. I thought the entire reason for a brick and mortar store was to have inventory and sell you things so you wouldn't have to wait days for it to arrive when you order it.

Great example of a wonderful store experience. Usually stop in once a week.

The store is always organized and clean.I shop here for all my home improvement needs and always look forward to seeing new items and ideas.Today I purchased garden supplies and was very pleased with the availability and the prices. The associates were all extremely cordial and helpful, seemingly more than usual.

I had to travel 110 miles to this store because it was the closest one that had the items in stock that I needed. The associate in plumbing was a tremendous help in finding exactly what I needed and then help me load the items on my truck. The associate at the checkout station was very through and very nice and made sure that I received my discount for being a retired Marine. She thanked me for my service and also both she and the plumbing associate thanked me for coming so far to shop in the Morristown Home Depot. It was a very good experience.

I had a remodeling project, Laminate Flooring, baseboards, commode, cabinets, lighting, bathroom fixtures, paint and a million of other parts, pieces, and some very patient associates. Their patience and help I received EVERY DAY sometimes more than once for three weeks. Thanks for all you help.

Went in to get paint mixed. Was able to get in, & out quickly with the paint mixed accurately.

Every time we are at Home Depot, we always find exactly what we are looking for and at great prices. Every associate is helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. The store is always clean and very well organized. Thank You Home Depot For Being So Awesome!

Donna in electrical/plumbing was very friendly & helful as well as Dawn at check out. Dawn actually opened another register so we did not have to wait to checkout. Great service at a great store! Thank you!

the store was clean and the associates were available and helpful in answering my questions. Before traveling to the store I checked on the product I needed online and found it there. The aisle number and bin number was given online and when I entered the store my item was easy to find.

I have been into the store several times over the past six months for projects I've been working on for my art gallery, and I have been impressed by how consistently helpful the store associates in building materials have been. They've helped in every way possible to make my projects successful.

The employees are helpful without being overbearing. They take as much time as it takes to help and they always have a friendly attitude. This makes for a pleasant experience every time I visit this store. It is rare that I do not find what I need. Those times the employees always have recommendations of where I can find the product or service.
