Needed help with Tile. Several associates came up to assist and were more than willing to answer questions. Most of them even had a smile on there face! You don't see that much.

very clean store with professionals including checkout.

overall store layout is great there needs to be more practice at keeping products on shelves and out of the floor where you walk!

Mo, Renee, and Maira were extremely helpful and friendly! Greeted in a timely manner, given informative information, pleasant attitudes. Multiple associates crossed trained in the paint department that assisted when it got busy so no one had to wait.

Everyone was very helpful and patient while I decided what I needed for remodeling our bathrooms. I would highly recommend Home Depot to anyone Thank You !!

Compared prices on appliances from Corbin ky to middlesboro ky. I then decided to shop the morristown tn stores and Home Depot had the best prices.

Had a great time picking out BEHR PAINT for my bedroom, I finally choose Cheerful Tangerine and Vitamin C. Talked to other customers while waiting to get my paint mixed. Didn't take long, the colors turned out (GREAT). I LOVE THE COLORS can't wait to start painting.

Jonathan in the Garden Center was incredible. He helped me with finding plants and making the best choices for my landscaping needs. He was incredible and made me feel as if I were the most important customer he ever had. I will travel to Morristown rather than Knoxville to go to Home Depot because of Jonathan. Thank you to Luz the cashier. Sweet, sweet person!

The worker who helped us find the dehumidifier we were looking for was helpful & friendly. Karen A the cashier who checked us out helped us with the Veteran discount & helped us find a fellow to help us load our truck. The young fellow (an SCA medieval times re-enactor) who loaded the truck provided invaluable help. I enjoyed talking with him while we were waiting for my wife to show up in our truck. Each employee provided service that was beyond what I expected.

Each time I am in this store, there are always very helpful, knowledgeable associates ready to assist. All the cashiers are wonderful and friendly. I love Kimberly at the check out, she is such a sweet person. You always feel like family when you see her. She never forgets you.

I visited home depot with a bath sink problem. I was going to return the bath faucet I had purchased & Karen the cashier told me to talk to Sam in plumbing. He analyzed my problem. He picked out the parts, explained to me in detail how to cut & assemble a very complicated bath faucet set. JJ assisted Sam finding the right parts. A plumbing headache was quickly solved. No more Lowes for me. Dave

Staff were extremely helpful, we had previously visit the Morristown, Tn store and were very pleased with our experience that we returned for more supplys. There is not a Home Depot in our area, only a Lowes Home Imporvement, but had rather drive to a Home Depot Store for our supplys.

The atmosphere and associates were was very friendly and willing to help. The store was nest and clean. I use this store when I can't fine what I want at Lowes. This store is twice as far for me to travel to.
