I was very impressed with the help I received at the Mount Pleasant Home Depot. My purchase this morning required help lifting into my cart and then to my car. Sean assisted me and made my visit easy and efficient.

Overall experience was great. I found the Vanity I wanted a a good price. My original reason for coming to the store was to find fixtures for the vanity & and new shower install. The variety of product in store was extremely limited. More items were found on the website however.

Several employees went above and beyond for us when we had a minor medical issue during ordering an appliance. That’s so rare these days.

Best helpful employees. Last trip Kevin cut wood for me, as he has before. He takes time and care to help ensure my projects are successful.

I made a simple ask, that was to request assistance with purchasing a wax ring. I waited for 30 minutes as I was told someone was coming, but no one ever came. I asked again and waited a little while longer and still no one came. I made my purchase to the best of my ability.

Everyone from the lady who helped us with buying a refrigerator to the ladies at the cash register by the loading area as well as the young man that helped us load the refrigerator were outstanding!!! We love every experience at this store

I went to the commercial register for a propane exchange. The staff was very friendly. After processing the payment, the clerk immediately went with me to get the new tank, and I was on my way quickly. Great service at the Mt Pleasant Home Depot.

My earlier purchase was stopped on tracks, as I wasn't able to cancel order, but Viv helped cancel a $2,169 purchase and gave us confidence in purchasing a all-in-one washer-dryer, with pedestal storage

Viv helped us buy the fridge of our dreams with an incredible deal! She is incredibly knowledgable and enthusiastic about helping customers. Very impressive and it’s why I pretty much exclusively shop at HD in Mt. P for home goods.

I needed a filter for my refrigerator. They not only took me to the appropriate area, they picked the product that was needed! Very pleasant and professional!

Store has wide variety as well as well stocked, employees are very helpful as well as professional and personable. What’s the problem…traffic…which the store has no way to control.

The Mount Pleasant, SC Home Depot has the best customer service in the Charleston area. Whether we’re trying to decide on new appliances, Flooring, or just picking up lightbulbs, there’s always someone who can answer our question. This last trip we needed plywood, but we didn’t have the tools to cut the sheets to fit. Rachel, the assistant manager introduced us to Kevin in the Lumber department. He was able to help us cut the pieces to fit our project. We will shop nowhere else!

Employee helped us find what we needed among the myriad choices of plants and flowers. We have done our planting and are looking forward to enjoying their beauty throughout the summer.

HD has always had the best and widest selection of products. Once they opened a store within 3 miles (vs the previous 12 miles), it is always my first choice. Plus the mobile app has proven to be most reliable with "on hand" inventory and location within the store. Makes a quick trip a pleasure.

We are lucky to be helped by Rachel in Special Services. She is always so helpful and knowledgeable when placing our orders and we enjoy working with her to find what we need. Thank you Rachel!

There is certainly lots of stuff, just no one to help if you have questions. I purchased a mailbox and needed to know if I needed a special post for it. I may have to return the mailbox as I cannot use it on the current post I have. Such a shame to not be able to ask anyone any questions. I asked the checkout person and he said he had no clue.....he was right.

Clean store and great employees

I ordered a door from Home Depot and waited over a month to get it. Finally the door came in and I picked it up at the store because I didn't want to pay the ridiculous delivery fee. I was going to hang the door myself but the person that did the order got the measurements wrong so I couldn't hang it the way it was. I had to pay a gentleman to install the door, so finally we had the door that we needed. I would have taken it back except for the fact that we really needed the door to be installed, and I didn't want to wait any longer. A company is only as strong as it's weakest link, and Home Depot has several of them.

There is always a welcome coming into the store, and a “ have a great day “ when leaving. This is such a welcome feeling. Please don’t ever loose your happy associates.

I feel the employees here are more concerned about themselves than the customers. I asked to different employees on where something was and they just told me what isle it was located, no effort to really assist me.

I had a great experience. The woman at checkout (Lauren) was very kind and joked with me. She helped me speed through checkout, which was completely different from my experience at other non-Home Depot stores.

I sure appreciate Norma, friendly and welcoming behind the register at the commercial sales end of the store.. She really makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

Waiting for delivery. Disappointed that I will have to wait a week for delivery.

The pro staff has been helpful is answering questions and finding products I need.
