We drive an extra 3 miles to shop at this store instead of the closer big box store. The employees are friendly and helpful.

The door installer complained about the location and age of my house before he came. He was more concerned about his Mercedes than doing the job and said usually I don’t work on downtown Charleston. I knew he wouldn’t want to work but he took a look for a minute and said it cannot be done. Home Depot then called me and said the same. Terrible service. Thanks for not trying.

I shop Home Depot quite often and find customer service and product availability to be exceptional.

Lauren in the paint department is fantastic! She spent an inordinate amount of time helping us find the right color to match our baseboards. She made up two samples till we got the correct one. Above and beyond!

The Appliance Specialist was very professional. I could not find the chest freezer I wanted online, but he was able to order the one I wanted and could have it delivered to my home in 5 days! The chest freezer I was able to purchase was highly recommended by consumer reports, so I am very pleased.

Joseph #5 in the building materials section is awesome! He stayed beyond his shift to help me get some awkward items loaded onto my cart and made sure it got to the checkout area without knocking over anything or anyone. My shopping experience was much better because of his assistance.

Awful customer service. I asked to see the store manager but was told by the customer service person, “Ken (store mgr) hides in his office and wants us to handle”.

PLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE VIV IN APPLIANCE DEPT WAS AWESOME

My wife and I were looking for a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Upon arrival we were greeted. After being greeted we told them exactly what we wanted and they took care of us. Justin was great, very genuine, and made great conversations while he was checking us out at the register. His manager was also so friendly and was very knowledgeable. Furthermore, that Home Depot carried exactly what we need and mentioned they will get it to us at an appropriate time (December 10th). Now it’s up the the delivery to make sure they are also a 10/10 stars.

Home Depot Mt. Pleasant has a very good customer service program, especially as a "Big Box Store." Staff is always very helpful and very positive during each visit.

Shopping in this location reminds me of days past when customer service mattered and employees took pride in their job. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff; store is always clean and organized; inventory levels very good given the current economic climate. A pleasure to shop in this store.

A joy to shop here compared to "other" home improvement stores! The customer service has been great on every visit I have made. The garden department is always well stocked with beautiful and healthy plants.

We were having trouble finding someone who could sell us a dryer and have it installed during a specific week when we would be in town. The personnel here could not have been more helpful in arranging exactly what we needed.

The appliance person messed up my order ! I waited 10 days for my washer to be delivered, but when I went to see when it was going to be delivered I found out that they screwed my order up with another person and now I have to wait another 13 days for my washer to be delivered! Ridiculous

What a pleasure to shop here. Unlike other large home stores, it is well lit, clean, well stocked and every employee is friendly and very helpful. It is the only home store I will shop at in Mt. Pleasant. Also convenient location for me. Easy in and out access.

Store was very clean and had products I could not find at other stores.

I have tried to use your store often but I do not because I find that consistently your reps don't know what to do to fine products, don't seem to know how to complete a sale and are generally incompetent. So, what's to do? TRAINING. Please train your staff before they see a customer. A possible exception at this store is in the rental department. I''ve used it 3 times, I think and twice the reps seemed to know what they were doing.

Great assistance and friendly help with purchase of 30 bags of mulch that was loaded carefully into our 2 CRVs. Also bought a tarp for one of the CRVs, sand, and top soil. Garden center and store was neat and clean and easy to find things. Saved us money too.

Seth B was the most helpful hardware store employee I have ever worked with.
