This location is clean and the personnel are friendly and act like they enjoy their work.

SO excited to have this Home Depot close to my home! Love using the HD store app to find the Aisle and Bin numbers for the items that I would like to purchase! Saves time and makes my trip enjoyable! The store is kept very clean and several HD associates said "hello" as we encountered each other!

If you are looking for gift cards for anything from Nordstrom to Starbucks, Home Depot has them. I had no idea they stocked such a selection of cards. Great Service

Vivian in appliances is a great associate. She is very thorough in making sure the stock is available for the items that you are interested in purchasing. Joyce the cashier was also very friendly and helpful at the checkout.

I shop regularly in the garden center so my review focuses on this area. This store has a nice variety of annual and perennial plants for the home and home garden and the inventory is fresh and updated almost daily. Personnel in the garden center are personable. Individual salespeople seem to change often and are sales people, not plant experts. Open air aisles in the garden center are generally clean and bright, sufficient to navigate with a wide shopping cart. Overall I find shopping in the garden center of this store preferable to all other ‘big box’ stores in the area. It is clean, plants are healthy and varied, salespeople are friendly, and prices competitive.

Best place in Mt. Pleasant to find what you need.

Amazing customer service from two people actually but want to put the spotlight on Jay from the rental area. He took car of a chainsaw issue for me. Initiative and Trust. Jay rings true. He communicated expectations in terms of time, work to be done, how it would work, and cost. What was cool is he was able to read me and sense I wasn't thrilled with the typical turnaround time. That night, I get a call from Jay with an alternate solution. It went as he said. He would call me in the evening even to update me on how his solution was progressing. I have built two houses and had less communication from the contractor- even the good one. The work went as he said it would, cost what he said it would and worked as he said it would. What was cool is he was able to read me and sense I wasn't thrilled with the typical turnaround time. That night, I get a call from Jay with an alternate solution. You do not get his kind of initiative anywhere else. I have their biggest competitor 1/3 of the distance away; I will drive a bit further down the road every time now to HD for this kind of service!

I absolutely love this Home Depot. It is very clean, well stocked, and the employees are amazingly nice.

We are new to Mt. Pleasant; here in S.C. just 2 months. We moved from Maryland, where we shopped at Home Depot regularly. This store #1171 has more helpful and friendly employees than those we ever experienced in MD. We also think that this Home Depot has more products that we like than either Lowe’s in Mt. Pleasant, and a much better gardening department too.

Nothing can be more challenging than going light bulb shopping. I had over 50 bulbs all different sorts needed and I stumbled upon Carol who is a lighting expert. She provided more knowledge than I knew was possible! Incredible customer service! If you need bulbs ask for Carol!!!

This is a beautiful Home Depot and we are glad to have one in Mt. Pleasant. Often an item may not be in the area where you are looking. Ask an employee. They will assist you or find someone else to locate your item. Of course, one can order on-line as well and have it delivered to the store for pick up.
