Customer service from all personnel was great

Looking for black or oil rubbed bronze, frameless shower door; 30-32 inches by 72 or 78. Not many doors available at the store. Plenty online though.

Staff the Departments if opened, there seemed to be a lot of employees playing and wondering around but no management to guide them,

Bought rebar, ties, sand bags with sand & power tools. All staff very helpful with location of items & product knowledge. I’ve seen a huge improvement in staffing since last year.

Poor customer service, spiteful staff I called ProServices to place an order to pick up pavers, I was greeted by a rude staff member who initially refused to take my order over the phone. After pleading with her she reluctantly agreed. When I came to pick up the pavers the same staff member made sure to personally load my truck up with two pallets of the wrong product.After pleading with her she reluctantly agreed.

Staff is PROFESSIONAL and is there to please the customers

I have been shopping at this store since it opened. Everyone in the store has always been very helpful, but the folks at the pro services are amazing. They are all extremely helpful.

Jeff was great! We came in for a very specific item that was advertised on the website for $12.00. Jeff had to locate the item and then retrieve it. This was about a 20 minute job because the item was in a crate at the top of the shelves. He was very professional, kind, and courteous.

I was treated badly by the Home Depot cashier, Kenneth. I recommend that you avoid him.

Sales associate, Max Parker, was so helpful and cheerful. He made me feel like a valued customer and was happy to take time to answer all my questions. I would definitely go back with employees like Max Parker.

I would not order blinds here unless I was very aware of how the entire process works, ie had ordered and installed blinds before. The product is fine, their computer program for reviewing options is horrible. Staff very nice, just a very frustrating process set up by Home Depot

It’s easy to find a lumber cart. The isles are available to walk through, and the products are well lit, and clearly labeled. It’s a great shopping experience with a friendly people.

I bought Milwaukee tools and I am very satisfied.

I paid for delivery of a $6,000.00 order. 4 Pallets of shingles - The sales clerk knew the location and knew tractor trailers weren't allowed on a road serving historic sites, They sent a Tractor Trailer which could not unload. The store manager promised to reload the shingles on a suitable truck and deliver them. We waited only to have the order scheduled canceled, scheduled canceled, scheduled canceled. I spoke with Levir (The manager and assistant manager were not available) and explained that our primary residence was 5 hours (one way) from the delivery site and that having a dependable delivery date was very important. I then got an e-mail with a different delivery date. I then emailed the store manager, assistant manager and the district manager and the scheduled delivery date was changed back to the date Levir promised. I drove back to Charleston Co (5 hours) only to have the delivery canceled at 6:15AM. I called and waited all day before returning to North Carolina. I canceled the order. The refund I received did not include the charge for delivery. Thereafter they scheduled and candled

Yesterday, while picking up a few minor items, I walked by a patio table and chair set, on clearance as a display item. It was in great shape and priced significantly less than original price. I asked an employee about it and within minutes made the purchase. Great deal! Just shows you what can happen if you're in the right place at the right time.

Albert went the extra mile to help my husband and I in a department he doesn't work in. We so appreciated his help. Thank you Albert!!
