I recommend the store based on the employees level of knowledge and demonstrated customer care. I will say though, that I would like Home Depot to review it's decision to use all self check out lanes, Go ahead and do a few of those for the portion of your customers that prefer that method of checkout, but staff some registers with employees for people like me, that don't expect to have to check myself out of the store.

Great experience at the store today. All the people encountered were quite helpful and polite and cheerful. Perhaps my best ever visit to a large hardware store. One person offered to go fetch me a cart when I had showed up in an aisle with no suitable cart. The people helping me find the products were super great, and fast. The cashier was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, efficient.

Best Home Depot shopping experience of the many stores we've been to. Very tidy, friendly staff.

Good selection of garden products and helpful service

I have visited a several times just a few problems so far that I believe to be resolved.

Love this store. Well managed, always clean and plenty of products that I need. Isles are very well marked and it's always easy to find exactly what you are looking for. If you do need assistance help is always near by. They don't run and hide like other hardware stores. These are just a few of the reasons we are switching from the other "hardware" store to The Home Depot.

Solid customer service. I've been assisted several times at this store, which I have to say is refreshing. Tracking down an employee for a question in the original Mt. Pleasant Lowes can be … challenging. I actually had a self checkout employee volunteer to assist me, rather than just stand around and watch. I was very grateful for the help.

Store is clean, aisles are clear and unencumbered. Items are in stock. Prices are as shown on the website. Associates are friendly and helpful. Checkout has been no wait so far. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

I called the store first to make sure the item I was looking to purchase was in stock. (I had called the Summerville SC store 3 times trying 3 different departments just to talk to a person but no one answered). An Associate at the Mount Pleasant store answered immediately and got me to the associate in the department I needed. He answered all my questions, gave me additional info I needed to know about the project and confirmed the item I wanted was in stock. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The next day when I went to pick it up, all the associates were friendly and made sure I was satisfied as a customer including the 2 associates who loaded my car. Plus the store is beautiful. The manager was great to talk to. Overall an excellent experience. A role model store for other Home Depots!

The HomeDepot located on Route 17 in Mt Pleasant is an asset to homeowners . Since they have opened I am experience an improvement in other competitors in the area regarding service. The store is immaculate well stocked and personnel is friendly and willing to help.

I was looking for an item in the Garden Section of the store. They were in the process of stacking pallets in the middle of the aisle and I had a hard time finding the item I was looking for.

This was my first visit. The service was exceptional. The store was clean and organized. I was pretty “high maintenance,” requiring a lookup for stock and a “hunt down” in receiving. The item was found! My project day was saved! Every employee encountered offered assistance in a very genuine manner. I am impressed and will be back!
