Every time we come here, we always encounter very friendly staff. Even if we don't need assistance from any staff, we still have good experiences. The store itself is great and always stocked well.

I shop at this store 2 or three times a month and have always found the employees to be knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. In addition to the products offered, the main reason I come back.

I can usually find everything I need when I go to this store. Like I stated earlier, the sales people are outstanding as well.

The help here is always available & willing to go beyond there area to find what u r looking for.

Our Home Depot is Always consistent with Customer Service and Quality. The employees all seem to be very knowledgeable, if they are unable to answere a question they will get someone that can. We have shopped at other Home Depot's and they don't compare.

Just a quick note to say they went above and beyond when purchasing a huge patio set. Assistance in the store was perfect. The store was put together well and product displays perfect too. But the icing on the cake is that since this did not fit in my vehicle another sales associate offered to load it into his truck and bring it to my home almost 20 miles away! I would have had to schedule a delivery or rented a vehicle myself. This was simply amazing! I am going to drive the extra to this location in the future. They definitely earned my loyalty!!

I would highly recommend this Home Depot. Ever time I visit the store, the staff is eager to help, and makes my shopping experience an enjoyable one by answering all my questions and making sure I get the right product to complete my project. Check out time is always quick. I also appreciated the Military discount, not all competitors offer that.

I would recommend this store to anyone, friend or not, because the employees are very helpful and friendly and go beyond their means to make others happy with their shopping. Also the employees seem very happy with their work and this is a very important point to consider. I have shopped there since the store opened and have purchased many thousand of dollars worth of material and tools and am always satisfied with everything purchased. Also the store is always clean and well organized, and the restrooms are well stocked with what is necessary.

The staff is always offering to help, very friendly. The store is always neat and well organized.

Our sales associate was informative, patient, and friendly. We actually enjoyed spending our money. Came for a washer and dryer ended up with a fridge and stove also since we needed it all. Definitely will be back.

Mukwonago store rocks! We have never been disappointed with the service at our Home Depot store in Mukwonago. The store is always clean, and the employees are always very helpful in locating items for us and providing good information.

This store is clean and well organized, some items may not be found but that goes for any store. The sales staff is helpful if you ask for help in finding something or if you need advice on something, if that person doesn't know the answer they will find someone who does, overall a pleasant shopping experience.

WOW, WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR DEALING WITH SOMEONE WHO WAS HAPPY, WILLING TO HELP, LIKED WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND WAS GOOD AT IT DOING IT. ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Last time I was in staff was more into talking to each other than helping me check out. Cashier was not very friendly. I much prefer Delafield store. Very outgoing and don't ignore you when waiting to check out .

The Mukwonago store the best home improvement store in my shopping area as well as being the best Home Depot in the area. The staff and service are better than other nearby locations. I could go to a store that is closer, but prefer shopping at this store. I always get the help I need, the store is clean and I can get in and out quickly.

The only reason I go to this store is that it is close and I am usually in a hurry. I try not to enter unless I know exactly what I want and where it is in the store. The associates tend to be condescending and quite reluctant to help - as if they feel it is an honor for me to be in their presence. I also am quite distressed with the open way the Halloween products are displayed. There is no easy was to traverse the store and avoid them. My daughter is extremely scared of the ghouls, skeletons and witches. The associates think this is hilarious. I cannot contnue to shop your stores during this season. At least Menard's does not flagrantly place this trash in our faces.
