The staff and managers at this store are the best Home Depot staff, I have ever been around! They all are friendly have an extensive knowledge about their product! Fantastic! Job Well Done ALWAYS! Thank you!!!

I know this Store is a bit smaller than other Home Depots, so it sometimes doesn't have the selection others do . But, wow such a handy location and Helpful Staff and of course for many of use Just Down The Road... Thanks

Although I find Home Depot to be over priced often times the customer care in Mukwonago is superb. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Usually pretty easy to get somebody to assist you and always someone to help you load up.

My boyfriend ordered a cabinet, and had asked for a phone call when it came in. He was told that they could not do this "generally we dont do that". My boyfriend was waiting for her to say, but we I suppose we could do that for you. Instead she ended the sentence, and that was that. (Previously to her telling him that she wouldnt give a call to let him know the cabinet was in....she did say she could send an email...but he didnt want to do that...because of all the emails that follow. On top of that, the cabinet was supposed to be in the same day that he was there, and it wasnt. Now its going to be days later. So I guess he just has to keep coming in every day, or to keep calling every day to find out if the cabinet is in. I think thats ridiculous!!...So you would rather the customer wastes all of their time to find out if something comes in, than just by having the smallest concern about customer service. Very small!...I cant believe the unconcern for something like this!! Is that SOoooo hard???.... (If Im not mistaken, (but I wasnt there, (he just described the woman)...this was the same woman that seems that (with grey hair),is always is either negative, or interrupting or not willing to work with the customer. Weird that she is at the customer service counter!!...It seems like she is more concerned about throwing her weight around, then helping what really matters, the customer!

I really hate this store for a long time! But people like Dave and Hanson are helping to change my mind! Thank you to both for going out of their way to help me!

its my favorite Home Depot store

Just getting back here from Arizona from the winter and was excited to go to one of the competitors Of Home Depot. I will definitely be going into the Home depot store in Mukwonago.I will definitely make all my purchases there because of the helpful and knowledgeable store employees. Actually I checked the prices compared to the competitor and I found prices are actually cheaper and greater quality, especially in the lumber department.

Barry in floor covering is a godsend. He is detailed, friendly and knows his stuff! This was our 4th store visit and he resolved all our issues and concerns. Above and beyond. We are thankful he helped complete our sale.

The store was clean and well stocked. Associates were friendly and helpful.

Everyone was very helpful including the two young men who loaded my chipper into my car.

This store has come a very long ways! Staff and cashiers were friendly and fast. The Pro Desk is so much better now. The new supervisor Danielle is great to work with! Michelle and Wendy were great as well and all 3 of them are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend going to them if you need a quote for a bigger job. Great job Mukwonago Home Depot!

Dave, a Home Depot employee helped me make a decision on purchasing a RIGID tool kit combination. He was knowledgeable, pointed out the money saving bundle advantage over buying just a few pieces, and took time to answer my concerns.

My favorite store for having special colors of paint mixed. They do it perfectly every time!

Do which this was a larger version of a Home Depot store, as I had to travel into Waukesha Home Depot store to make a large dollar purchase that wasn't available at the Mukwonago store.

Easy to find things and when we couldn't one gentleman from the store found the guy we needed to get what we came for.

we just move to east troy in september & we been shopping here since, we like home depot, but we like this one because almost all the staff, & workers are very friendly, polite & very very helpful, when you walk in the store theres always someone to greet you & ask if they can be of assistance & when you leaving the store they always say to have a nice day:} thats something that you dont see much in alot of stores..

Go find Charles in electrical for help. Or maybe he will approach you as he did on my visit. How refreshing! He knows his stuff and was very helpful for my project.

This store is great. Of course the products and prices are good but what makes it great is the professionalism and kindness of the employees.

Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with setting up in home carpet estimate. She knew the products well and talked me through everything. She made me her priority despite it being busy. She was personable while talking me through all the options. So far, have had a great carpet purchasing experience from Home Depot Mukwonago.
