My husband and I had a very positive and helpful experience when searching or a new refrigerator

This HD was built 2 miles from my house & I couldn’t be happier with it. I’m in here at least one or two times a week & don’t recall ever having a bad experience.

I shop very often at the Home Depot in Mukwonago Wisconsin and the service there is always outstanding.

Great customer service!

I couldnt find the product in the locations, but then I was walking down to the end of the store and someone had helped me and pointed in the location where it was. Great purchase and the fence and stakes and poles went up and I got this done before darkness set in!

Carl in the appliance department is top notch ! Friendly, knowledgeable on all the products & eager to help you find the right product for your needs.. 5 Stars for sure !!

Bought Upright Freezer

Our first time ever purchasing carpet to replace what we currently have in 3 rooms and a stairway. The clerk was very knowledgeable about carpet.

most days i find it difficult to find a parking spot, due to the popularity of this store. even though this happens and i assume there are a lot of purchases happening, i have yet to drive to the store to purchase an item, get there, and then find out the item is sold out. they have a good system to determine how many items are needed in their inventory, per category, so they don't run out.

I love shopping at Home Depot. Even though it is very large, there’s a warm and friendly feel to it. I think it must be the employees, as they are always hospitable and eager to help. They can even help you when you’re not quite sure what exactly you need!

I was very pleased with the associate that helped me ( Heather) I definitely will shop at this store again if all your employees are like Heather.

I was looking for a specific Dewalt Hammer-drill and couldn’t find it. The manager Dani was walking by greeting people and asking people if they needed help. She approached me, was extremely friendly and was excited to help me. She found the location but the spot was empty. She looked in two other places and ended up climbing up the ladder to get it out of the top shelf. She apologized for me having to wait and I couldn’t believe how polite she was and just overall fantastic to work with.

Very happy with my shopping trip at this Home Depot. I placed a special order and was done in no time. Very happy with the staff for their expertise and knowledge of their job.

You never have to walk around long before a nice associate asks you how they can help and what you need!!!

I liked to see what they have to sell for Christmas in the entry. It is refreshing as you may buy something for Christmas before you go to the items you came to buy.

Check your paint! If you ask for satin and they write satin on the sample card you may still get eggshell.

This store is always clean,neat and well marked so you can find what you need fast.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS VERY GOOD.

We drove 67 miles to the store because our local one didn't have the product we needed. We would think NOTHING of driving that 67 miles again ! - Service was AWESOME !

Store was very clean and organized. Parking lot was well organized with no stray carts all over the place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Every employee I encountered was cheerful and asked if I needed any assistance. I will be making this my "go to" Home Depot.

I stopped at this store to look for a specific product for a Father's Day gift. I had numerous questions and the associates that helped me were very kind and knowledgeable. Many other stores you can hardly every find an associate to help so this was a very big win for me. I ended up making a pretty large purchase that I probably would not have if I was unable to get help from an associate. Thank you Home Depot.
