It's all about customer service. My wife and I have been in to the Mukwonago store for multiple rooms of carpeting. We had the privilege of working with both Jordan and Barry multiple times. They totally get the Customer Service concept. Noticeably different, way above and be young. They were both were very friendly, polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. They are great representatives of what Home Depot stands for. Thanks to both of them.

When I shop at the Mukwonago Home Depot, I get not only products; but wisdom on how to use them properly. They make you feel like they want you to like the Shopping Experience. Thanks!

The staff at the Mukwonago store is so helpful. Received excellent customer service today from Heidi and her service dog. Helped us find exactly what we needed. She even thanked us for choosing Home Depot. Well done Heidi!!!

Received awesome customer service in the paint department from Brandy in the paint department.

The store was very helpful with the purchase that we made today on a John Deere riding lawn mower they answered everything we asked in a timely manner and the checkout experience was awesome

I have gone to many Home Depot stores. This one is a gem. It is never over crowded and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't know something, they'll find someone who does or try to look it up.

Luke was extremely helpful to us in finding the products we needed.

The cashier was operating on autopilot. She moved rhe screen forward before I could tap yes for an emailed receipt. I mentioned it, and her sarcastic response was "I'm sorry I ruined your whole day." People like that who don't want to be there make me not want to shop Home Depot. I would hope that a cashier would be paying attention.

Overall general interest appears to be helping men over women. Good luck getting things done here ladies

I've purchased a variety of items throughout the years and have not been disappointed. appliances are at a good competitive price.

If you need an appliance go see Ralph. He proudly wears a 18 year badge and will give it to you straight! NO hard sell, just educational.

I called Home Depot to check if a product was still available. Spoke with Kayla in customer service, who took the time to check if the product was still available. Once she checked she took the time to walk over to where the product is located in the store and verified it was there. Not to often that someone puts in the extra effort to put the customer 1st. How often have you driven to a store and found the product was out of stock? Thank you Kayla for saving me time and money

I'm an electrician in Florida, but I'm frequently in Wisconsin because of family. I always love to go to the Home Depot in Mukwonago, because they are always very helpful and have what I'm looking for. Moreso than other Home Depots in the area.

We have been remodeling our home and make several trips to Home Depot a week, often a day. The employees are always very helpful and courteous and make our shopping experience great and easy.

Very happy with what I have bought

The only reason I am still a loyal customer is because of the Mukwonago staff and management. Multiple times they have fixed issues that the .com created and/or “could not” fix. The .com team needs major improvements.

I make many purchases at various Home Depot stores in southern and middle Wisconsin. I purchase products from 7 - 8 Home Depots and always enjoy shopping at the Mukwonago store. The store is always neat and clean, employees are amiable, and the staff is very knowledgeable.

No one will answer the phone or call you back. If there are issues, you are on your own. 4-6 week project took over 3 months and nothing was done to mitigate the situation. You are far better off going with a local contractor than using their "Pro Desk". They outsource the projects so you pay twice as many people but yet have no one to talk to.

We have purchased many items from this store and had several projects done, every experience was very satisfying!

This HD was built 2 miles from my house & I couldn’t be happier with it. I’m in here at least one or two times a week & don’t recall ever having a bad experience.

I shop very often at the Home Depot in Mukwonago Wisconsin and the service there is always outstanding.
