Journey was very helpful, he went above and beyond with this purchase and we are very pleased with the purchase.

Make sure you shop around other locations nearby as you’ll often find items more than 50% cheaper elsewhere. A few examples being Milorganite ($8.99 at another store 5 min away) and Water filters being less that $25 bucks compared to $49.99 for the exact same name brand. Dont expect items showing as “in stock” online to actually be in stock when you get there either.

Had an issue with a water heater purchased six years ago. Did purchase the extended protection plan. The Manager on duty and customer service team provided exceptional service with the issue I had going on. So, for that, thank you kindly. Dave

Store no longer carries products to support rental. Would not condition rental upon finding’s product at other company.

Can't wait to start mowing with this new mower.

I have completed numerous projects over the years and this store has always had what I needed or on occasion the have ordered it for me. I have yet to be diapointed at this store. The associates are always friendly, professional and extremely helpful!

This is the best store to find all the things you need. If you cannot find them yourself there is always a worker who will help you find them. Fast and friendly service from the minute you enter the store to the checkout.

We're very helpful and made my experience fun.

My husband and I have been there two weekends in a row to try to decide which washer/dryer set to purchase. On both visits we were privileged enough to work with Carl who was very kind and knowledgeable. On our first visit he walked us through the pros and cons of the models we were looking for. He also suggested a couple different ones he knew previous customers liked. When we returned on our most recent visit, Carl was very helpful in ordering our washer/dryer and was able to answer all questions we had.

The store was well stocked, clean and an amazing staff. Ethan in paint went above and beyond great service. All employees were excellent.

It was nice to have two young gentlemen help with heavy items being delivered to my car.

Pamela Anders and her assistant Ben spent a lot of time explaining my military and professional benefits and helping me find some difficult to find items I needed for my truck. I had lumber custom cut to specifications. Everyone in the store was pleasant and knowledgeable! Very refreshing experience.

An employee walked me over to the area where I needed an item. It was near the entrance door and I really didn't want to walk to the other end of the store to check out. I asked Alysa at the return counter if I could check out there. With a smile, she told me I could. She was very helpful and seemed to be genuinely happy with her job and her opportunity to help me.

We are in process of moving, and the staff at Home Depot were able to help with the type of packing materials we needed in order to pack ourselves. We feel confident that that our items will ship with no damage.

It's all about customer service. My wife and I have been in to the Mukwonago store for multiple rooms of carpeting. We had the privilege of working with both Jordan and Barry multiple times. They totally get the Customer Service concept. Noticeably different, way above and be young. They were both were very friendly, polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. They are great representatives of what Home Depot stands for. Thanks to both of them.
