All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. If they do not have the expertise on what I'm looking for they will find me someone who does. I tend to see more smiles here than other places of business.

The lawn and tractor department has the most awesome, knowledgable and polite employees. They made us feel like we were the only people they needed to help on a busy Saturday.

Saundra was awesome and very helpful even though I had to wait almost 1/2 hour for forklift assistance to get some bags of stone...she was kind and even offered me a chair. She made the wait much easier with her kindness!

Best Home Depot Store I have ever been to.

This store was very well laid out and very clean. The employees were very willing to help with anything we needed. We are closer to the West Allis store but will go here from now on. Great job!!

I am extremely impressed with all aspects of The Home Depot in Mukwonago, WI. Lately, I have begun to notice the consistent friendliness of the staff members employed at the store. Today I was there and each and every staff member that I passed either said "hello" or asked how I was. I have also noticed that the staff members have extensive knowledge no matter what area I am in. I find the quality of wood at Home Depot surpasses what could be purchased at another store carrying the same type of products. The Pro Account Sales Associate, Deb, was an absolute pleasure to work. She is pleasant, helpful, attentive to my specific needs and speaks highly of being an employee of Home Depot.

The staff is very friendly but be very cautious of Warren the cashier. His tactics to coerce you into obtaining a Home Depot credit card is not an enjoyable experience.

Mary in kitchen/bath design is knowledgeable and helpful and professional with kitchen cabinet design. She was patient and gave effective direction on measurements and differences between cabinet selections.

I stopped at this store to buy an oven after visiting a competing appliance store. Not only did I get the oven for a better price, the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable (thanks, Ralph - you're a gem!). My new oven from Home Depot - Mukwonago will be delivered just three business days after buying it. The associates at the checkout were very friendly, and Cindy greeted me at the door. I've seen her send customers directly to what they need to find many times over the years.

I was about to pay $50 to have our custom blind store repair the cord to my 22 year old blinds. I went to home depot and found even better blinds that were room darkening with No cords for that same price. I am so glad that I shopped there first. Not to mention Eric, my sales person, was so helpful and very friendly!! The cashier, Warren, even helped me look up my home depot card number. It was all around a great experience. THANK YOU!!

If you need to buy an appliance go see Ralph, Ralph goes above and beyond to make sure you get the correct appliance that you want. Our shopping experience was one of the best in along time.

Steve in flooring had alot of knowledge in flooring types and installations. We were able to select a floor that suited our needs and left the store with color samples and the confidednce that we are on the right path for this project. Thank you very much Steve for your help.

we remodeled kitchen and master bath . we ordered heated kohler soaking tub every time I needed anything .if some one did not know they would find some one who did.i have been going there about 14 years and could not be happier.

On 1-22-2019, I purchased 6 bags of winter salt. As I was checking out, Don Yang greeted me and volunteered to load the salt into my vehicle. Don had a great smile and great customer service skills. After loading the salt in my car, Don shook my hand, thanked me for shopping at Home Depot, said he hoped to see me again and wished that I continue to have a great day. Employees like Don are true assets to the firms they work for and are great for valued customers, too.

Great store with great staff!

We are a contractor and shop at Home Depot (other locations) several times a week. We have spent a lot of money on various construction materials. This location happened to be closer. I had never been in this store. It was a simple purchase. A replacement bulb for a construction flashlight. I called first to check on availability and within a matter of two minutes I was told the item was there, what aisle it was in and the price. Of course when I got there it was no where to be found and the associate that told me that was was not there. Two associates attempted to locate the item but could not. One associate made light of the search, was very condescending and in my opinion was very disrespectful of my time. Another associate showed more concern but could not find the item either. After 45 min I left. Logged onto the Home Depot Website, which the first associate had done as well. I found the item called back and said you have 5 and told them where the item was to be found. After they checked their internal system it said they had 6. At that point I asked to talk to a manager. The manager made an excuse and didn't seem to care. While I was talking with him the associate that had been helping me found the item. All 6 had gotten "behind" something. I got in the car, drove back and made the purchase. So often a retailer will tell you they have an item and when you get there it is no where to be found but yet they usually do make a sale because they have gotten you in the store. The way I was treated was very disrespectful of me as a person, my time was disrespected, my gas. Without customers these people do not get paid. Today could have been totally 100% avoided. They should have checked their inventory scanners without me telling them to do that. If they could search after seeing they had six, they could have searched while I was there. I won't go back. We typically shop in Waukesha and I have NEVER had a similar experience there.

Store personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to look things up and help find exactly what you are looking for. Store is clean. Products are easy to find. I recommend Mukwonago Home Depot!

As a commercial beekeeper and the owner of an old farmhouse, I rely on the Home Deport for a lot of needs. The staff is very knowledgeable, and is always very helpful. I'm getting older, so this assistance is very welcoming. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I get what I need.

This store is great everyone is friendly and helpful. Found storage shelf we needed and picked up some great Christmas decorations today - Ann May was great she helped us to find everything we needed. We shop here often and always have a good experience
