Love my washer delivered as expected sales associate was very helpful

I had questions on how to upgrade outlets and switches for home and garage in an older home built in 1914, things that I could do myself without having to hire the services of professional electricians. When I finally rounded up a male associate to inquire as to the differences in the several options and grades of both outlets and switches and the respective benefits of each and how each compared to the other one for the projects I had in mind, two other associates came by and illustrated on a piece of cardboard his suggestions how to do what I wanted to get done safely with least amount of difficulties and that would meet or surpass the building codes. After the drawings were explained, the associates to me to each of the items itemized on the illustration and inquired if I understood how to install each one properly. I love the fact that such care given me left me feeling very confident of being able to change out the old toggle light switches at home with the illuminated ones I purchased and upgrade the polarized outlets at home and in the garage with the tamper resistant polarized ones that the associates showed me. The associates then advised me to consider other items to to better assist me in getting the projects at home done, like wire nuts, electrical tape, wall plate gaskets, and a continuity tester to ensure proper connections for the outlets and switches.

Store was clean and orderly. When I could not locate the Closet Maid shelving, I asked an associate- the Plumbing Specialist- and he took me to the Closet Maid area. Then, the Associate proceeded to assist me with obtaining the items from my parts list. He then cut my shelving as I asked and he helped me to load those items into my cart- all of this despite the fact this was not his area. He still took the time to discuss my project and the parts I had listed for my project. Overall, this was one of the better experiences I have had at a Home Depot.

I've rented from here a couple times and Irene has been super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly each time. It's nice to have a great customer service experience these days!

Came Here Christmas Eve, we needed to rent a van so I could get my husband Christmas gift home from a near-by Sam's Club, The Associate Was absolutely Wonderful in the Rental Dept, The Store is Great, and to be Honest, I have a biased opinion of Home Depot, since we bought our home we spend way to much time and money here anyways! lol, but always a better choice over Lowes, HATE Lowes, they are like to Walmart of home improvement stores. Keep doing a Great Job home Depot Employee Dudes!

Good customer service, great finding what was needed.

I was trying to decide on which lawn care equipment to go with. Gloria in Tool Rental was a true professional and assisted me and my family with our purchase. She answered all the questions we had and helped us load everything into our car. I appreciate her time and effort making this the best shopping experience I've had at Home Depot.

I'm a painter. I have many different obstacles in prepping a home. When I need a random tool or advise I can call The Home Depot in route and get the help I'm looking for.

Very satisfied with my visit! Had a great time. Lots of new products.

Good Selections but store is organized a little odd

We had gone to this Home Depot to look at refrigerators and other appliances. We also noted prices, also went to Lowes to compare. We made our decision and went back to Home Depot. The same associate was there and helped us. We actually wound up not only purchasing the refrigerator,but also the range and microwave. We ran into a friend while at Lowes and we recommended that they also go to Home Depot, the prices were better as were the associates knowledgeable with the products.

I walked into the Home Depot on Saturday was greeted by Alisa's bright smile. She escorted me to the packing items I needed, which were completely out of her section. She pointed out items I never even thought I needed and even brought me a cart that I didn't even think I needed. She was a life saver and she deserves a promotion and raise!

Black Friday at Home Depot is always great. The people in line are generally in good spirits and friendly. This year, the manager came out a few times and apologized for the donuts being late, but was extremely helpful with helping people find all of the items. Once the store opened, the hot item of the day, the super-discounted Christmas tree, was right at the front and if someone wanted one, the associated just gave them a cart with one in it already. I have seen some variants on how they organize the trees, but this one seemed to work very well (the other being the trees were at the checkout and people received a coupon for it to take to the cashier). The associates were all very helpful and pleasant. I also love that Home Depot does not open until Friday morning. Thank you for allowing associates to spend Thanksgiving at home!!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Can use a bit more variety like the other stores than have special buys that this particular Home Depot does not.

The store was clean even with all the black Friday sale items everywhere. I need assistance and the clerk was friendly and helpful. The cashier greeted me with a smile and had a cheerful personality.

We returned an item which we purchased from another Home Depot and Kim was very helpful in assisting us with a situation that the other store could not help or did not understand that they could look up on the computer with a debit card purchase to prove it was purchased ( Note: When we purchased the original item, the receipt did not print out at the self check out lane and the cashier dated and signed a receipt she printed for us). The other store gave us only a credit voucher and we purchased the same type of item. The item had to be returned again and we did not want a credit voucher. She explained that anytime we purchase with a credit or debit card, the store can look it up and see that it was purchased prior and therefore a credit voucher should not have been given when we returned the item the first time. Thank you Kim!

The items I needed were readily available and in stock and there were a variety of what I needed so there was more than enough of what I needed.
