I love this Home Depot location because everything is so organized and the employees work together in assembly line to help customers.

I love my local Home Depot store. Nobody looks weird at you because you are a woman on a diy mission. All of them are very helpful and explain everything to you. Regardless, if I get it the first time or not. Many times I had problems to decide which tile I liked more. Instead of needing to buy a whole box. I was given some samples. I brought them always back. But it made the decision so much easier. I bought the shower tub and the glas sliding door. The tile is not from you guys this time. Sorry

Unfortunately I don't shop your store but yesterday I was in that area and remembered that I needed air filters.

I just moved to Florida from Connecticut and the employees at this location are beyond helpful and friendly! I was amazed that all 3 times I have been in the staff was amazing, helpful and very friendly!! Thank you!!

There have been dramatic improvements at this location in the last year. Always seems to be an employee readily available to offer help (with a smile) when I need it.

Always have been happy with the expertise of the sales people in Home Depot.

Visit this store often, usually great service. Not so much this time. Item I wanted not in stock although on-line stated website indicated it was. Bought more expensive model, extra $100. not impressed. Couldn’t find someone to assist, very unusual, nor find check out clerk initially, once I did not warm at all like others. Felt like I was not valued as a customer. Still a fan, maybe just an off day for this store.

There are two HDs in my town, and I always go to the North Melbourne store, even though the other store is closer. Why? Simple, it's the staff - always friendly, always smiling, always saying "Hi, are you finding what you need, can I help you find something or answer any questions?" I admire how the staff all seem to get along with each other, help each other when one or the other doesn't know an answer, and how they compliment each other. BEST. HOME DEPOT, EVER!!!

I came to buy lumber for a project and Amanda in lumber was super helpful as always! Same goes for Anna and Jayden on the front-end at the registers, they are always friendly and helpful!

going to home depot has consistently become more of a chore for the specific reason that self-checkouts are annoying from a customers viewpoint. in my particular case when trying to check-out with compressed-gas requiring an 'over 18 to purchase' which is not possible to do in the self-checkout. this is one example of many times the self-checkout is and obnoxious means for home-depot to save from having to pay a cashier while making the retail shopping experience more inconvenient for the shopper.

Every time I go to HD the prices have gone up. $10.00 for a cane of spray paint.... $23.00 for a 3 ' piece of angle iron.... Everything is getting over priced and out of reach for the average person and income.

Purchased a swing set on line and came in with missing hardware. I was expertly assisted by CJ and Roberta. Great customer service by both. I was greeted at every point by every person that came across me and who asked me if I needed help. Great store.

Purchasing this belt-drive opener was easy and scheduling the installation equally smooth. The employee, Joe, in the door department was superb, attentive and fast. Next day I was called by the installer to set up a time to install the unit. Again, another professional experience. Thanks Home Depot

This store obviously uses means of tracking and stalking their customers when using a credit card which has absolutely no benefit to the customer whatsoever but is instead evidence that the company has nefarious intentions.

Even though they did not have a couple of items I needed I was able to purchase everything else. Many people were kind and helpful in the store.

I went into the store to look for a new washer. Bob came by and was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave feedback he had heard from other customers. I would trust him the next time I need an appliance.

Shopping is always good. I always have what I need. Lots of people to help. The mobile app stinks! Your payment doesn’t show for days and days and you cannot review past history of your purchases on the mobile app so get with at Home Depot.

Apparently Home Depot has changed their focus with the start of the new year. We have been to Home Depot 4 times in this month (January) and each time there was an employee in each aisle who greeted us and asked if we needed any help. When we approached the checkout area we were greeted by an employee each time and asked if we were ready to check out. The employee cheerfully rang out our order each time. Nearly every cash register was staffed with a friendly employee. I absolutely loved the employee engagement and helpful attitude. Thank you Home Depot for bringing back customer service!

The store seems to be in "Christmas" mode and not taking care of basic daily needs.
