This HD has the best employees! There are a couple of outstanding employees that you should go to if you have any questions about anything! Cathy the cashier, and CJ in the paint dept. Both of them know where EVERYTHING is in this store! And CJ knows everything about anything! Ask him about caulking, flooring, stains, sealers, paint removers, he has the answer! And bring your furry kids! They love dogs at this HD! A whole lot of the employees have goodies for the dogs! They love to just stop and pet your dogs and if they have treats always ask if they can give one before doing so. Cathy, the cashier, knows all her customer's dog's names! Returns are a snap, even if you already opened the container and can't get it back together again! *SIGH* They don't punish you for your mistakes!

I had an amazing experience shopping at this North Melbourne store on Wickham Rd this evening! The 3 female employees who assisted me were PERFECT! I could not have asked for better service! Shannon was the cashier and I am sad that I did not pick up the other 2 ladies names. They did tell me that I was a "refreshing" customer!☺ They handled everything with so much efficiency and knowledge! Protection plans were explained. Obtaining a HD credit card and the benefits were managed! All was Top Notch!

I needed a new door for a closet. When I walked into this sparkling clean store, Bob met me and asked what I needed. He took me right to the doors and helped me pick out the door I needed. He checked to make sure the store had it in stock - it did - and then got a cart for me to take the door out. Bob noticed the door I selected was a restocked item, and he looked it over, found a mark on it, and gave me a discount. He helped me find the parts I needed and the tools to get it on the door in the right spot. And to top it off, Bob did this quickly and safely! I was off to the register, where the clerk helped me check out quickly and safely too. Both employees were outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with my door and my shopping experience!

Good selection of products. Employees were available, were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did help. Prices were just fine. The store was neat, clean and laid out to make finding products easy. Convenient location and I was able to purchase everything I needed.

This store excels in customer service, as well as store and trade knowledge! I’ve been here multiple times, usually for normal products but their tool rental department is exceptional as well. They carry reputable brands on their shelves and keep well taken care of tools and equipment in the rental department. Would recommend this store over the others in the Melbourne area.

Way to hot in the store! I feel bad for the employees that have to wear masks all day and have to suffer in the heat. The least they can do is turn the air conditioning on and make it comfortable for people to shop.

I don't care to ķnow about your employees affiliation with the black lives matter movement. Personally I think all lives matter. You don't separate one, over all the others, it is prejudice in and of itself.

employees don't care, rude, and force you to use self checkout. Store manager could care less and has lied to me so many times on what is going on with self checkout. never a cart at the front of the store always in the parking lot everywhere and you would think with no one working check out they could have moved the people that do that to wrangle carts.. took up 10 spots in the front of the store for curbside pickup but the one time i did that option 3 days later my order ( a pipe fitting) was still not ready for pick up. no one is ever in the prime 10 spots they used NO ONE

I shop at this store at least once a week. The employees are very helpful and friendly. There are two in particular that go above and beyond. Mayra, the cashier in the front of the store and Mary, the cashier in the garden shop. They are both always very helpful and friendly. Mayra recently was very helpful assisting us with the purchase of an exterior door. She always tries to make your experience at Home Depot an friendly one. I have always enjoyed shopping at this store.

Very disappointed in the military discount being offered (not offered). The discount should be easy. I don't understand why the discount can't be linked to my Pro Account like it is in other states. Then most items are not eligible for the discount (lumber and plumbing fittings).

Associates are ways very helpful and pleasant carrying out their jobs. The store is always stocked and we'll maintained

Encountered several nice and knowledgeable employees while picking up a few home repair items. Roxi at the door, the paint dept. crew, and others. I was impressed with how much cleaning and safety supplies they had for COVID precautions.

THE STORE AEWWELL ORGANIZED AND CLEAN

I am in this store a couple of times a month and have never had a problem with any of the employees. They are always helpful if help is needed. If they see me wandering around looking like I am lost, they will always ask if I need help.

Great,quick experience

Great shopping experience until check-out. Employees were not wearing protective masks and failed to maintain proper social distancing as recommended by CDC, FDOH and Governer's Executive Order.

THANKS to Mgr. Josh for helping us with our refrigerator issue and helping us rectify the problem. Josh went above and beyond for us!! Also Maria at customer service went above and beyond as well trying to get my card refunded and had an IT issue not her fault at all.
