Once again, "MY" Home Depot saved me money and did it with a smile. Kudo's to them.

The staff is always so helpful.

I was in a hurry so I could get to work on time. On my way up to the register I noticed a few people in line. It impressed me that there was a lady redirecting customers for the self check out or to another register. I really appreciated her moving things along. Especially since I was in a hurry, which she didn't know.

The workers in this place aren't nice. 75% of them are literally rude when you ask them to do their job. Lame

I frequent this store for a reason. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Kudo's to the staff and management!!!

We shop here frequently. The staff is fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable. There is always plenty of people there to help as well. Didn't give 5 stars because the store is not as stocked as it used to be (sign of our times), but you can always check the app before you arrive to see if your product is in stock.

We are new to the area and have had a number of occasions to shop at this Home Depot as we set up our new household. There are four associates who have truly stood out in their helpfulness. Jeff in Garden has been superb, Joe in flooring has truly been great as he has helped us with both flooring and window blinds. Kim is just a little bundle of kindness and joy as she hands out her stars. She also knows her stuff when it comes to answering questions. Finally there is an associate whose name I have not gotten, but he most commonly is in the hardware area, but has helped out other places. He is very knowledgeable regarding home repairs and he knows where everything is in the store. I am sure other associates are just as good, but these four truly work to serve the customer.

Staff at our home depot is spectacular, caring/friendly and extremely proficient.

We went in to buy an electric lawn mower we saw on line that said this store had five in stock. We had an employee come up to us immediately to see if he could help us. We couldn't find it so he went to get the manager of the lawn section to help us. In the meantime, another employee saw us and asked to help. The item was on a pallet on the top of the shelf. They blocked off the isle, got a forklift, and brought it down for us. All three of them were so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. None of them acted like we were wasting their time or not willing to find the mower for us. We have never been treated so nice before in a home improvement store.

We bought a Husky workbench cabinet and very satisfied with. I have also bought Washing Machine, Dryer, and Gas water heater a couple of months ago and they all are great.

So helpful each time we are there!!

Would not answer phone when they told me to call. Would not deliver merchandise to curbside as stated. I am handicapped and needed that service

NO MATTER WHAT I NEED FOR MY SMALL HOME PROJECT.. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO FIND AT THIS STORE

The product I would review is the Home Depot web site. It is miserably slow. I have trued to use it, but usually back out.

I bought flowers and flower pots in blue to add to my garden and also potting soil and insect repellant. Im very happy with my purchases and will be back to get some tomato and other seeds to start from scratch.

I love just wondering around the garden shop. The flowers are arranged so beautifully. They have everything to beautify your home.

Shopping today at MY Home Depot with employees like Meghan and Sydnee makes it such a pleasure. No rushing, always willing to spend as much time as needed to be sure your needs are met.

I still need resolution of the $100 discount issue for opening a credit card account and purchasing on the same day. Please help.

I just want to say that the Home Depot on Wickham Rd. is very helpful to its customers. They help us find what we are looking for and they can find out if it is coming in on a future truck. They are never annoyed with having to help us find things or even help us with ideas for a project we are dealing with..

Never buy an appliance installation from Home Depot. Better yet, buy from lowest.

Super nice people, super nice help

I was approached by the best sales representative today .I have the best experience with Tony in painting I was in and out of home depot in 20 minutes with out being stressed I went in to buy a specific paint not knowing what I was doing I explained to him and for the first I walked out of home depot with the right product for the fist time in. A long time iPad the best customer service with Tony than any other floor customers service employees. So if give Tony and cashier a five star rating the best store for all my projects .thank you Tony in painting for fast response to helping me and for the knowledge you have for your department.
