I had a good experience in the store today, but I have only one concern.. When I checked out, my total was $529.. My military discount was only applied to about $300 of that total, therefore I only received about a $30 discount.. Why is this?

This is my local hometown home depot store and I love shopping here. There is always something new and exciting to see on every visit. The associates are always available and willing to assist in any way. KUDOS to all at this store.

Very Happy with the experience we had in the flooring department

The store is well organized and the sale associates were ready and willing to help find what I needed.

Shelves were stocked, Associates asked to assist me in each section of the store I visited. An appliance Associate, Angel, had to take several calls while she was assisting me and politely offered to phone the callers back, citing that she was currently working with me; each time offering me an apology for the disturbance. I made my purchase decision after she thoroughly explained and demonstration the features and protections offered by both products. I went to the store to buy more painters tape- I left with a new stainless, French door, top over bottom, refrigerator/freezer and a stainless dishwasher...and some painters tape. Very Satisfied!

Katie and Jim in flooring turned my extremely negative experience into a good situation. The sub contractors were not doing their job well and they took the time to fix their mistakes. They even apologized for their behavior, when it wasn't their mistake.

I gave 4 stars only because I was being eaten up by mosquitos the whole time I shopped. Not the stores fault, next time I will either go earlier in the day or wear OFF!

I has somehow blown up my microwave so went to get a new over the counter one! Through previous experiences at this store, I knew I'd have the very best service and options available and of course, they did not disappoint me! I was fortunate to have Bill assist me and I provided him with pictures of my previous microwave along with numbers, etc. he located the perfect one for me and took time going through all the standards and the installation details! I had it installed and Home Depot has the best company doing the installations; the two gentlemen that came out were incredible and had it installed within about 30 minutes! I was so amazed with the punctuality and incredible work ethics plus being so very nice! Awesome and it works great!!

I used to shop here years ago and the customer srvc was terrible, so i have revisited and what a total difference! Overall great experience!

Every time i shop at home depot there is always extremly friendly employes to help when need. I wish i knew the name of the gentelman that heped me in plumbing on 11-8-15. His smile and eagerness to help and his kind knowledge of pluming fixtures were much needed and i never had to seek him out..he imedialy came to me with so much kindness and knowledge. His smile was lifting and i knew he turely enjoyed his job of working and helping the public. This young man should b honored by home depot for his dedication to his job and work ethicks. I commed him...Kutos to home depot for employing this gentelman. They are a better company for this reason..

My husband and I came in on Sunday evening to purchase a washer and dryer. We already knew what we wanted from internet research. Jason Townsend the appliance specialist that helped us was remarkable. He was so friendly and courteous it made our visit a pleasure. He did all he could to help us and was very informative.

Great Store! All the sales people are happy to help, if it is required. Great selection of materials and home products from cleaning supplies to building supplies, and everything in between.

As always today's shopping experience was quick and easy. With our associate's assistance, my shopping time was cut in half so that I could return to the job site much quicker.

I went into Home Depot just to pick up a small plumbing part and when I found it with the help of an associate, I found out it only cost 34 cents!! Since I rarely carry cash I felt a little embarrassed using my credit card for such a small purchase. I guess I was standing in front of the cash registers looking a little bewildered at my predicament and was going to go look in my truck for some unlikely loose change when a cashier that I remembered from my previous days visit to Home Depot (BECKY) asked me if she could help me... I told her that I felt kinda silly making a credit card purchase for only 34 cents and she assured me that it was perfectly all right... then another cashier (DAWN) walked up and between the two of them, they convinced me that I should go ahead with the small purchase... BUT WAIT! That is NOT THE END OF THE STORY!! When I when to DAWN'S register (followed by BECKY) to ring up my BIG purchase, they EACH pitched in with some loose change to complete the purchase without using my credit card!! Let me tell you... I will remember that visit for a long, long time... While it was only 37 cents (with tax) I feel that their help and dedication was PRICELESS! THANK YOU DAWN and BECKY and you guys have a GREAT DAY! You certainly made my day!!

Could not ask for better assistance. Was able to find what I needed almost immediately. I was in a hurry and was in and out in no time at all.

Home Depot prices quality and availability of home products are certainly competitive in the marketplace. From an individual viewpoint, many of us "seniors" return to Home Depot mainly because of the way Home Depot employees treat us...that's why we keep coming back. From the moment we walk in the door, throughout the experience of finding, selecting and purchasing (often, as in my case, with the help of associates,) the feeling when we leave the store is always a good one. We know we've made a good purchase and we'll be back.
