Staff at this story has always been willing to help. As for store 'cleanliness' well, it's a Home and Garden store so of course it's going to be a little dusty with all the seeds, compost and birds getting into it!

Good place to go always better than Lowes. Paint dept needs more qualified associates.

I am at this store every day and overall is a great store.

I always can find an employee to ask questions. Everyone is always nice and glad to help.

First I would like to say thank you for the water when I walked in the doors. It was a hot day! Now about Tod. Tod worked in flooring and was awesome. He helped us from the time we arrived to the time we left. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and exceeded our customer service expectations. It makes me feel like I can't wait to go back again. I think Tod should train all the employees on how to treat customers. He is the Gold Treasure in Home Depot!

I have been in the store on previous occasions and not gotten the same level of service as I did today. Specifically, loading assistant Thomas and cashier Elizabeth were amazing! I had interaction with four employees, including Elizabeth and Thomas, and all were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely return to this store!

Employees are unprofessional and lack knowledge in their departments. I've never experienced this at another HD... Horrible experience.

Great selection and helpful employees. Wish the veggie and plants were a little chaeper though.

The employees there are always helpful, and items I need are easy to find in the store, and if i cant locate what I need, an associate always knows just what I need and were it is located.

This store is very well run. Jeanee in kitchens was very good at helping us design a kitchen for our mother in laws quarters. the space came in just the way we wanted it

the store attendant was very helpful and she stayed with me until all my questions were answered

I went to my local Home Depot at Northtowne Lane in Reno for a connector piece for our garden hose which detached from the outside faucet. The connector broke when I tried to stretch the hose down the side yard. At the store, I easily located the male end hose repair. As I walked further down the aisle, I saw that the 100 foot hoses were on sale. I was pleased to find the repair part at a reasonable price, and, more importantly, get a back-up, longer hose, at a discounted cost. Excellent deal! Overall, my shopping trip was a highly satisfactory experience.

store was fully stocked for my purchases to get my swamp cooler up & running. needed help to find items because it was not my regular store, just close to work. had to find an associate. once i did he was very helpful. good experience overall.

Overall store layout is good. Sometimes there are aisle obstacles like ladders, stocking or display items that obstruct 2 carts from passing, but generally the store is neat. Check-out in nursery is good, self-check is slow.

It has the feel of a smaller store...the people are super, the manger has gone above a beyond to help us.

The recent heavy rains provided needed moisture for the Reno area after periods of prolonged drought. Unfortunately, some amount of rainfall found its way through cracks and splits In the seal of our sunroom roof and resulted in several leaks. We had the roof professionally sealed last year, however, upon closer inspection, I found that the new seal was not adequately applied to the seams of the metal roof. I did an online search for roof sealant brands to determine those which received excellent ratings for adhesion and durability. Additionally, I spoke with a couple of local roofing contractors for recommendations. One brand was consistently rated as "top choice." Sikaflex construction sealant received strong endorsements. I went to Home Depot with high hopes of finding Sikaflex roof sealant. At the store, I was happy to easily locate the product on the shelf....just what I needed, at an affordable price. I bought several cans, as well as, a caulking gun. I was glad to see that there were other boxes of the sealant, in case I needed to make additional purchases. I feel more confident to undertake this DIY project, knowing that Home Depot carries the products required to complete the job.

It is always a pleasure shopping at this location.

Paint supplies easy to find, at the paint desk the associate was very helpful and prompt to my list of needs.

To replace some shrubs in my yard which did not survive the winter freeze, I visited a couple of garden stores in my neighborhood.Unfortunately, I only found some small, dry looking plants. Later the same day, I was pleased to find larger, healthy looking Boxwood plants at the Home Depot Garden Center at reasonable prices.

The product was easy to find, however I found some of the aisles had those ladders on wheel left in the area where products were blocking the shelves and product. There were boxes with product in some of the aisles causing congestion in those areas.

The associates at this location are friendly and helpful
