Nate Lovelady led me through a kitchen and bathroom remodel. He is extremely talented in matching cabinets, granite, floor etc! He even helped tremendously in areas outside his department. Highly recommend Nate for any kitchen / bathroom needs. AND.....he is so friendly

The location is great. We live in northern CA. and the easy on and off helps us when we are going through reno to home.

If u want to get called names by there childish staff and they might fight you and try to put stuff you don't want on your kart wow then tell you what there job is and isn't no extra mile

Highly recommend this store! My husband and I are 21, and just purchased our first home. Naturally, we need some assistance knowing what products will be the best fit with our home. We received fantastic advice at the paint counter, and later on received amazing customer service when buying our washer and dryer. Thank you guys!!

Don't ask for help loading they don't care or send any help

We had a bad experience picking up an order because the Customer Service / Returns / Pick Up center was short staffed, as it was, and the "Guest" in front of us was requiring the H.D. Specialist hand count the screws and washers from the VENDOR PACKAGED boxes. We ended up leaving after waiting over 30 minutes. Tonight, JOE KEITH made everything right!!! Thank you JOE. We greatly appreciate your commitment and dedication to your job... and it shows.

The appliance specialist worker who helped us with our washer and dryer purchase was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We also ended up buying a chest freezer, area rug and door lock set all with the help of this individual. Way to go Megan, thank you for all you did for us. You are the best!!

excellent customer service from the service desk

1) no sales clerks available to assist at check-out; customers could only self-scan.. 2) no clear means of exiting; exits blocked with gates. 3) when I found a way out I was questioned by an employee for my receipt, which had been electronic, so I had to download it and wait. When it loaded the print was so tiny it took two employees to authorize my departure. I’ve never had an experience like this at this or any other Home Depot before. I’m concerned that there have been changes to the treatment of customers due to cost-cutting, and it may not be limited to this location.

I have spent many hours in this Home Depot and have always had very good service, the employees are very helpful if you need their help.

It is an okay store...sometimes cashiers can be sullen, probably overworked. No clear policy on their veteran discount.

Your electrical stock is somewhat limited and I understand that is due to the fact that the store isn't very large. It does however, mean that the customer must go to another store that has a full stock.
