Excellent experience purchasing two appliances in every way from the sales associate Amanee, price, delivery and installation etc.

Horrible people work in this store especially the electrical department. If you like to get harassed and treated like a criminal this is the store for you.

As this store is one of the older ones and very busy with contractors,it may not be the shiniest, but the customer service and response to any problem to me is and has been FANTASTIC.My almost daily visits have always left me with a smile. Thanks too all the staff. You have a life long customer in me. Mark Harding

I bought 10 Milgard windows from Jeri In Millworks Northtowne She is awesome. The store Summit Ridge which is closer to me was hard to deal with. A woman working millworks was a new transfer from appliances. The regular guy in that dept is a ghost that I never could get ahold of. Jeri knows her windows. Specs, sizing, etc. Doors and windows take a great deal of knowledge and experience, and she has both. She is definitely a GEM ! We did the whole order by phone and she was very efficient. I hope they don't promote her because I have another dozen windows to buy next year.

The store has plenty of parking and is easy to access from the freeway. Very clean grounds and store with plenty of friendly employees to answer questions and help find what we need. Always happy with Home Depot's stock and ability to get what I need quickly if not a stock item. The Employees at this Home Depot seem especially courteous, friendly and helpful.

This store is my go to choice as it is close, but generally provides good service and products.

Nothing much to say other than good service, good product selection, and competitive pricing. We have a credit account and enjoy the convenience.

We are always greeted with a smile and welcoming us to Home Depot. We are always treated like family. If we need help we can always find someone. If they don't have knowledge in that area they call and find someone who is. We aren't experts so we miss calculated on how many items to buy for our yard makeover so we needed to return some thing and we had no problem returning some items. Thank you to all the employees!!

We love going to this location. Everyone always greets us with a smile and sometimes with a hug. We are asked if we need help finding anything or if we need help loading items on our cart or into our car.

The Home Depot store has a wide-array of products. It is cool and clean and employees' helpful, friendly attitude create a positive atmosphere for shopping. I found it much more pleasant than shopping on-line.

Love seeing all the same store associates year after year. So sorry that we cannot afford to live in Washoe County any more and will be moving out of state this fall. The closest Home Depot will be more than 100 miles away.
