Great staff when compared to other Home Depot locations in Anchorage!

I am impressed with your employees in the Appliance department in the NE Anchorage store. David Harris is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will come back and purchase more items from his department as I need them.

When the app failed I called in my order of a snow blower as we have had a lot of snow this Nov. Glad I was able to get one as they were sold out Sara helped alot!!

I love that islander cashier. She always have that pleasant smile and she wears her buns up. She awesome and everyone is friendly there.

Living in rural AK, I called the store to purchase a new appliance and set up transportation to my home. The Customer service rep in the appliance dept. was friendly, efficient and I had my new appliance within several days of purchase. He took the time to verify that the appliance was indeed in stock and that all the necessary attachments were included with the purchase. I would highly recommend this particular HD location.

I came in to buy a 1 x 10 x 8 board for a shelving project and Beth came to the rescue and cut my board into thirds. She was very helpful and made sure I was happy with the cuts.

I wanted help improving a front lawn. Alma talked me through several products. I was able to make a confident decision becouse of her knowledge and expieriance.

The sales staff was very helpful and either problem-solved with me my particular challenge in making my support stands or answered any questions I had. Eric had creative advice in helping with my problem and showed me the cull area that helped reduce my costs. He introduced me to Charlie who accommodated the cuts I needed. He then introduced me to Terry at the checkout to make sure I received the cull price. Terry made sure I had all the supplies I needed before I left. All the staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend #1302 Anchorage Home Depot.

Needed some help at the Pro Desk and Terri, Emanuel, and Nolan came to the rescue. My best experience at Home Depot and thankful for the team there.

Walking Outside Foundation is a grass roots non-profit organization that helps people to become self sufficient. We worked with a group of young men at your Anchorage store that helped us select gardening supplies and a beverage cooler. I want to name the ones that I remember their names and there were others. Fano, Lau, and Adrian. Their mothers must be so proud of them! I know that I was! What sweet, helpful, patient young men! It is refreshing to meet manners and muscle in the same person.

I love Home Depot. Always have great deals and great customer service. They have a life-long customer for sure!

I spoke to several Home Depot employees at the NE Anchorage store on Rodeo Place. Everyone was very helpful. When one employee didn't know how to answer my question he went and found someone who could. I will be returning to this store for other projects in the future.

Joe helped me get everything I needed for this job, fast! He even cut a piece of sheet rock for me so I could get done with my job even faster. He was helpful in showing me where everything I needed was located and gave great advice on how to properly use my new tools.

After much searching and calling we found MIKE is appliances who was most willing to help us locate our product. We appreciate his knowledge and helpfulness.

I like the tools I bought it

Looking for and could not locate advertised items, an employee stopped what he was doing and looked up all the items on his computer then located everything I was needing in the store. I wish I had his name as he was outstanding with customer service.

Worked for HD for years, own HD stock, lived in 5 states with HDs, worked at 3 locations. This one is the worst. Fire everyone and try again!

I SWITCHED TO THIS STORE FROM ONE AT DIFFERENT LOCATION. THE EMPLOYEES WERE A LOT MORE HELPFUL AND DIDN'T MIND DEALING WITH MY ISSUES AND SOLVING THEM. THEY ARE ALSO MORE CHEERFUL AND FRIENDLY. MY STORE OF CHOICE BY FAR.

Everything up until the point where they had my money went smoothly but everything following was a huge waste of time. In June I got a quote for a small entryway tile installation, they came and measured my space in 2 days and gave me a quote within a week which I paid in full (labor cost included) and was told I would contacted by the contractor to set up an install date. I never received the call after about a week so I called the store and never got through to anyone as the flooring desk always seemed to be busy and on hold for 30 minutes or more each time I called. When I finally got through they told me I would have to contact the contractor and work with him directly so they gave me his number. I called and never got through to him as well. Left voicemails, no call back. Called the store again and they said they would look into it but in the meantime my materials were ready for pickup. I was confused because I was told the contractor would be the one to collect the materials and I wouldn’t have to do a thing so again I told them I can’t get through to him and if they could please try to reach him and let me know if he is able to get the materials. They said they would and got in touch with him and he would pickup the materials but for an extra fee. I was a little annoyed but I went ahead and just borrowed a truck and picked up the materials myself. Again tried calling the contractor after I picked up the flooring and he did not answer again. I had still not spoken to the contractor at this point. After about another ten days I finally reached him and he told me my phone number shows up as “spam risk” which is why he didn’t answer my calls but doesn’t explain why for 6 weeks he never called me back. During the call he told me he doesn’t work for Home Depot anymore and hasn’t for about a month. So now I’m pretty upset and even more confused because this is the only guy Home Depot keeps referring me to. I call the store again and told them the situation and they said that this had just been brought to their attention and they understood my frustration and that I would be getting a call from the store manager to sort this issue out. I waited 2 weeks and didn’t get a call from the manager so I call the store again and asked for the Store Manager but was told he was now on vacation which is why I haven’t received a call. So at this point I gave up ever getting this sorted out unless I did it myself so I called the flooring desk and asked them to set up a pickup for the materials on their dime so I could just return everything and get refunded in full for the materials and the cost of labor that never happened and not have to deal with this ever again and just start over on my own materials with my own contractor. As you would expect the return process didn’t go smoothly either and I won’t even go into detail on that can of worms but I’m just glad it got done and will expect the refund soon but even the refund is not enough to make up for the huge headache and wasted time as this is a job I wanted to be completed by Summers end which is now here. What is going on with the checks and balances at Home Depot? No one seems to check on whether or not jobs are actually getting completed. I highly would recommend against using Home Depot for your installation needs. “How doers get more done” except you alone are the doer. Unless you do it yourself it’s definitely not going to get done with Home Depot.

Was looking t spend $500-$750 on some drill bits a indoor outdoor rug and a work bench. Said “Hi how you doing?” To an employee as he passed me. Was completely ignored. Was looking at the only bench that didn’t have price tag. I guess I’ll ask the three people at the door at checkout and ask them the price?

Just bought a new range. Great price and good value with the delivery, installation and hauling away the old range.

i love this store. it is close to where i live and everyone is so helpful
