I had the most INCREDIBLE experience during my visit to Home Depot store 4004 yesterday. I have just purchased my first ever home and was looking for my first ever Christmas tree. I fell in love with the viral Dutchess 9ft tree, and the website showed just one in stock at this location. When I got there, we realized that it was the display model. The incredibly kind and thoughtful employees (Dave, Tyler, and Ruby) not only offered to sell it to me, they took their time taking it apart, carefully wrapping it up, and gave me an unbelievably good discount to boot!! It absolutely made my day. This tree is sold out everywhere, in store and online, and here I got my dream tree at a steal of a price. Still can’t believe it! Huge thanks to Dave, Tyler, and Ruby—because of you, our family is going to have the merriest of Christmases. :) THANK YOU!!!

I will continue to shop at the NE Home Depot located in NE airport way Portland, Oregon. The staff are kind, friendly, helpful especially, Holly the store manager, and Louie (staff) were a great help.

I went to get some wood and tried to get somebody to help me get it cut remind you I'm in a wheelchair took 20 minutes if not more after being acknowledging 10 minutes whenever arrived that somebody would be right over I end up waiting over 30 minutes an older man greeted me and cut my wood for me he was very polite but the other two didn't have the time of day

We were getting 10 gallons of paint for an outdoor painting project. Hazel assisted us and was absolutely amazing. They knew we were in a bit of a time crunch and went out of their way to help and tried to be as quick as possible for mixing the 10 1-gallon cans of paint. In waiting for our paint to be mixed, I witness them assist other customers and it was very apparent they were very knowledgeable when it comes to paint. Very impressed!

I purchased laminate wood flooring, trying to match using the app was very helpful. My original choice was online only. However once getting the product home, it may very well be a better match.

I always seem to get items at this store when I cannot get the items at another store.

Customer service is the best

For the first time in about 30 years I've discovered a big-box store where all the employees universally shine. Who is the manager there? He/She deserves a big thanks.

This store used to be a bit flakey, like the neighborhood, but they have tightened up the inventory and have knowledgeable folks (at least as far as where things are) patrolling the aisles.

I walked in looking for and ready to buy a home security system, including cameras, Wi-Fi operated front door, lock, etc. I met Josh at the customer service pro desk. He was immediately willing and eager to help me. He was very knowledgeable about the product and took the time and patience to explain features, benefits and options. I ended up purchasing about $2500 worth of equipment and I feel confident I made a good decision and bought good equipment. I received concierge level of customer service. It was a unique experience.

I come to this store because customer service is good and there is a good selection of items.
