During my latest visit I had to track down someone to help another customer get a tool kit from a locked display, then another to get a tool for myself from a different locked display.

Positive experience on my most recent shopping trip to HD. The employees were very willing to help with the assistance I needed.

I was in Home Depot yesterday and was greeted by Asa. Later when I needed help with lighting for my indoor swimming pool, Asa went above and beyond what any Home Depot Representative ever did. He advised me on my choices to make sure they would perform well in a high moisture environment, made sure I had bulbs that were not included and more. The store itself was well stocked with good selection but it was Asa who really enabled the success of the project I was shopping for. Ask for Asa if you want quality assistance.

Holly went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. She helped us with our new Home Depot credit card and stayed on the phone with them until our transaction was complete. Every employee we interacted with on this trip was courteous. This is THE Home Depot to visit in Portland.

Well stocked store and able to special order items and get timely delivery. Garden area is better organized than most and items are easily accessed.

Just a few years ago this store was having a lot of challenges with inventory and finding inventory that should have been on the shelves but was just not replenished. I'm glad to see those issues have been resolved and I can generally find what I need now.

Pretty darn good for as bad as the pandemic has affected stock of inventory items, would be nice if more inventory could be had and people were better at finding inventory that stored in the overhead, sometimes it just sucks...

Shopping for a new toilet today, we received personal and knowledgeable attention from Pete. We have always received that same service from all employees at this location!

I visited this store to order a lot of things for my home. Everyone that I came into contact with were very helpful and friendly. Roger helped me place my order online in the store so that I could take advantage of a financing plan. When part of my order arrived at the store but couldn’t be found, two people stepped up and found it for me. Thanks to Roger, Steve, Jasmine and James for all of their help.

Seriously, the store is stocked so well the employees are friendly. Very uncommon.

Well worth the drive to go out of your way to find the Best Customer Service available!

They were willing to rent me a trencher knowing full well that there was a problem with it and I would have problems with it when I got it to the job sight. Make sure you make them start the equipment and run for a while, not just shut it off. This tool would never have run when I got it to the job.

i bought a honda 2200 watt generator for the pending ice storm from a very helpful geoff and crew! we never lost power so i returned it, hassle free with the help of steve!

We ordered 8 cabinets and had 3 separate orders. The order pullers had them out to us in less than 10 minutes from the time I was at customer service. Didn't catch the lady's name but the other one was Andy.

I called and talk to Jesse in customer service and he was able to find a piece of equipment that I really needed for the job on the same day. Once in store, he was able to direct me to where the unit was, get me signed up for Home Depot points, and help me get my information in the system as I had forgotten my card!!! Ahhh! All around very good service and a quality rigid product that was competitively priced. I don’t always go to Home Depot but I will be going there more often now!

The shortage and inventory issues seem to have been resolved. If something shows as in stock in the app it is actually in the shelves,

Great selection of season items especially those you might not find at other big box stores, e.g., ceramic pots, outdoor plants, etc. Large inventory of products in other departments but do not expect anyone to go out of their way to help you. Staff is far and few between.

I went in to purchase Ryobi batteries that were advertised. After many minutes of searching for product and associates, I found one willing employee (Richard) that searched many areas of the store. No batteries were found. A massive waste of time and faith in Home Depot.

Staff if friendly and most helpful

I went into the NE Portland Home Depot on Sunday...it was busy but all the employees I encountered in the Gardening and Paint Departments were very helpful and pleasant and professional. The employee gathering the carts helped me load my car with bark dust and it was very much appreciated.

I bought this mower and was very pleased with the help and politeness or Larry. I would recommend him to anyone.

I want to acknowledge Seclenda in your windows department at your glen wilden location by the airport. She knows her stuff and was very efficient and helpful. She saved your company a customer today. I would suggest finding a way to keep her around and more like her. When the phone systems are slow and online inventory is inaccurate it makes it difficult to find stores with the correct material. Also, Sarah and James were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Please can we get some more like them?

Best zero-turn mower i have ever owned. Very easy to operate, have options for attachments and accessories and price is very good too.

Glen Widing Portland store Customer service rep quickly radio’s someone to meet me in electrical for wire cut by foot. Josh appeared promptly and cut 4 70-ft lengths of black, red, white, green #6 THHN efficiently and quickly. Best service I’ve seen in a while. Thank you Josh!
