Staff if friendly and most helpful

I went into the NE Portland Home Depot on Sunday...it was busy but all the employees I encountered in the Gardening and Paint Departments were very helpful and pleasant and professional. The employee gathering the carts helped me load my car with bark dust and it was very much appreciated.

I bought this mower and was very pleased with the help and politeness or Larry. I would recommend him to anyone.

I want to acknowledge Seclenda in your windows department at your glen wilden location by the airport. She knows her stuff and was very efficient and helpful. She saved your company a customer today. I would suggest finding a way to keep her around and more like her. When the phone systems are slow and online inventory is inaccurate it makes it difficult to find stores with the correct material. Also, Sarah and James were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Please can we get some more like them?

Best zero-turn mower i have ever owned. Very easy to operate, have options for attachments and accessories and price is very good too.

Glen Widing Portland store Customer service rep quickly radio’s someone to meet me in electrical for wire cut by foot. Josh appeared promptly and cut 4 70-ft lengths of black, red, white, green #6 THHN efficiently and quickly. Best service I’ve seen in a while. Thank you Josh!

In light of the recent activity in the area with thefts and homeless camps, it is really good to see that the parking lot had active cameras and security measures to help to ensure that the customers that enter the store can feel that their belongings are safe in the parking lot.

Maya is excellent employee with a lot experience she will help to anyone no matters what the needs are If you ever need help she works in flooring department and she can help you on any department

Helpful staff in finding very specific items three times during our visit. Dan, at checkout was engaging and more than helpful.

I always find their employees helpful in pointing you to the right direction, or actually walking you there, even when I can tell they are busy in the middle of something.

Great location and friendly staff.

We went into purchase a new toilet and have it installed. We worked with Carmen who was absolutely amazing and very customer service oriented. Carmen told us that we should hear from someone within a few days to get the install scheduled. After 2 weeks, I decided to call the store. After the phone ringing for several minutes, an individual by the name of James answered the phone. He seemed very preoccupied while I explained our situation. He asked for the order number, which is not very obvious on the receipt, since it is in a "validation area". When I read him the number and asked if that was the order number, he condescendingly said, "uh, yeah!". He looked up the number and very sarcastically said, "it's been waiting here for you to pick it up". I explained to him that we paid to have the item installed and that it was never intended for us to pick it up. He looked further into the computer and said "delivery is 29 January at 9pm". I explained that no-one had ever contacted us to let us know that date or time, and that 9pm was completely unacceptable! He then transferred me to another department in which the phone just rang and rang and rang. It appears we are going to have to go into the store to resolve this issue. The only reason I give this a fair rating is because Carmen was so outstanding, and has been in the past when we went looking for freezers.

In-store specialty items We’re on the shelf and the customer service was excellent showing me where to find underlayment heated flooring. And propane tankless hot water heaters and all the options and motion sensor lights thank you so much for knowing your product and where it is in the store.

Larry from the Garden dept helped me with the purchase of an artificial Christmas tree after the holiday. Was willing to meet my price point a bit beyond mark down price; I got a nice tree; he got rid of some seasonal inventory that might be hard to move after the holiday. Win/Win

I recommend this particular Home Depot. They are alway clean, (Even the bathrooms!) have product well stocked and have friendly service.

Employees make our shopping experiences the best.

We are already regular shoppers at this Home Depot, but the excellent, above & beyond customer service I received from my cashier, Ruby Ann and Customer Service manager, Brandon, have cemented that! Also, I was able to find an affordable and decent gas grill, and there was plenty of inventory. Highly recommend this store!

Staff? Why is there one over worked employee at the paint department? Customers are ten deep, he’s handling it as best he can, but a giant company line HD needs more staff.

Don’t get your lumber cut

Great store with especially friendly and helpful employees. Everything i was looking for was in stock.I also like that you can enter and checkout through the Garden center entrance instead of having to go all the way through the store with your garden items.

Great store that we continue to shop in for our home improvement needs. The sales associates are always very friendly and helpful. HD has good products we know that will work well. Anytime we have needed to make a return, it is always an easy process.
