Great customer service, store has assorted brands, moderate prices tailored to both resident and commercial needs, store looks cleaned and has most of their items shelved at an eye level.

Candy and Josefa were GREAT and wonderful employees!!! They provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond! I am definitely recommending this location to everyone because of them!

Love this store!! Helpful employees who are happy in their jobs

A clean store but short on employees that know what they are selling. They can talk a good product but are very short on knowledge of what it can really do. Do not send someone in to pick up a product if you don't know the sku number as they will usually end up with a different item. Don't expect too much help in the aisle in finding a item as the floor employees are few and far between. After finding what you think you want plan on being your own casher as Home Depot can't afford to hire cashers. Back to going to real lumber yards.

Good store, but don't trust the online inventory you may see on The Internet.

I ordered and purchased my product from the pro desk. Erin was very efficient and friendly. I’m a general contractor and time is money. Definitely would do business again !

There are never enough employees to help customers & often their knowledge is limited & results in wrong items being purchased or not being able to find items. Now it appears this store is going to all self checkout. I’d say Home Depot as a whole is not interested in seeing customers unless they are knowledgeable enough to serve themselves. I needed assistance today but no one was around. Disappointing!

Outstanding customer service. Even when you know what you need, and can describe it; although you can not think of the name of it, they know what you are looking for! That "thing-a-ma-bob" really does have a name! How about X-acto knife? Pull chain for your light? I always leave with a big smile on my face! Returns are easy and effortless--I always return for more! Keep up the great work!

Patrick the sales associate was very helpful in finding me the items I needed and also giving me advice on my project. As I checked out Emierald was cashiering and had the greatest attitude and was very funny. Such a great team at this home depot location.

Took a while to find an employee to help me locate the item I was looking for. Then upon checkout they had to get the item from a cage and I was given a store return. I didn't realize it until I got home. Was not happy I got a return item. Hope there isn't an issue with it. If you pay for a new item you should get a new item. This store slipped in a used item hoping I would just deal with it. Unimpressed.

Go to this store and see Bill if you are looking for solid help from a knowledgeable source. Have had trouble in the past finding anyone around to help ring me up let alone answer questions, but they must be doing something right. Bill is a rock star, thanks.

The associates knew what they were doing and helped me quickly. The store was clean and products were well marked. When I needed information on a product the associate knew the answer.

My experience with this store has always been positive. From time to time we have had some bumps in the road but store 4004 has always come through. I say this judiciously, in that, I will only give credit where credit is due. The management has an interest in the employees and it reflects in the positive attitude they have. I did a total remodel of my house and without the advise of the employees at HD it would have resulted in a lot more money and a lot less quality. The results speak for themselves, The remodel is done and we love the results without question. From paint to flooring, installations, and advise HD store 4004 is a credit to Home Depot. I recommend this store as a quality shopping experience.

Getting help would be great, I usually just have a question on where an item is located but it seems every time when I need help on something either they are busy or everyone ignores you. I had to wander around for at least 30 min or longer till some one acknowledges me.

Hard to find people to help answer questions. The lighting department had no one to help with questions.

Angela was great as cashier. She answered my questions and was kind and funny.

Purchased a new kitchen suite and Lorelei in appliances was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me time to browse when I needed it and made herself available when I had questions. All the while answering the phone in her department and juggling other tasks. She made sure I knew about promotions going on and I walked away with an appliance package for hundreds of dollars less than I was quoted elsewhere.
