Store was in disarray. Could not get service. Terrible experience.

So far the order went smoothly.

Busy store - had what I wanted. Not happy that there are no manned check out lanes.

Our microwave died 3 days before Christmas. Web said 2 are available in the store. Went to pick one up and couldn’t find it. Lulu helped us. Using the phone and computer, she found them still on the truck. While we waited, she went out back and got one for us. Amazing and caring customer service. It was the only model in stock to fit our kitchen. She is wonderful and deserves recognition.

I shop at this store a lot.

Needed just a small amount of plywood about 12" x 60" and rather than buy and piece together some 2ft x4ft pieces staff member suggest I check the drop off collection by the saw to size area. Found what I needed at a reasonable price.

Extremely poor customer service!!!!

This parking lot is one of the scariest in all of Naples and that's saying a lot. Typically parking lots are scary because of the drivers, but this parking lot in itself creates bad driving and that creates an unsafe place for people to walk. His rental equipment in the best locations to park and I would think a store with so many older customers would do its best to have ample parking.

Getting ready for winter growing season with a few nice Beefsteak tomato plants. Nice selection of healthy looking plants.

I wish the staff would actually show me where items are rather than give a possible aisle number. Admittedly I'm not at all handy.

Will not deliver what they promise. Getting to big for their good.

George with the tattoos showed me everything and everywhere to go to find what I needed. Please hire more of him. He’s not bad on the eyes either.

This is the worst Home Depot I have ever been to. The parking lot is a zoo and the inside of the store is crowded making it difficult to navigate and shop. This locations is poorly laid out and makes shopping difficult. I still love Home Depot but this location is a mess. It needs a serious re-work. Seems like it is more for contractors than DIYers. Save your self a headache.

We would like to recognize Cashier Marie for her great service at check out. We had a fist full of gift cards to process, and she made it so easy.

Cashier doesn’t speak English and has a poor attitude. The people that work in the back were friendly but the people that don’t speak English have a really poor attitude towards costumers. Very unfriendly. VERY unfriendly

Every time I go to a big box store the people working there don’t know much about anything including where things are at.

The customer parking lot at the Home Depot on Pine Ridge Boulevard is pathetic. I can't imagine how the tractor trailers for deliveries manage on the other side of the building. It's as if Home Depotnwas "plotted and squished" on this corner (Pine Ridge Boulevard and Naoles Boulevard) without any regard to customer parking, customer pickup trucks, customer/contractor trailers. Bad layout.

This gent knew his plumbing! Saved me from complicated fix with a solid solution costing $13.00. Also, needed three new toilets and Craig directed me to the newer higher line of Kohler and pointed out how spending an extra $100 on three toilets made great sense with more modern design but principally pointed out why $100 move up to about $340 made huge sense. New flush systems are great. Will take photos after install. Will purchase tonite!

The two delivery guys were excellent. They called 30 minutes ahead, were on time and curteous. We gad a refriderator installed.

Lou Lou in the flooring department went above and beyond to help make sure I received every discount possible for my purchase. I am very pleased with my purchase thanks to Lou Lou and Moe.
