I purchased the left shelves yesterday and put it together today. They were on sale at a great price and it organized my garage.

Bought 29 interior doors and I'm very satisfied with them

Every time I go to a big box store the people working there don’t know much about anything including where things are at.

The customer parking lot at the Home Depot on Pine Ridge Boulevard is pathetic. I can't imagine how the tractor trailers for deliveries manage on the other side of the building. It's as if Home Depotnwas "plotted and squished" on this corner (Pine Ridge Boulevard and Naoles Boulevard) without any regard to customer parking, customer pickup trucks, customer/contractor trailers. Bad layout.

This gent knew his plumbing! Saved me from complicated fix with a solid solution costing $13.00. Also, needed three new toilets and Craig directed me to the newer higher line of Kohler and pointed out how spending an extra $100 on three toilets made great sense with more modern design but principally pointed out why $100 move up to about $340 made huge sense. New flush systems are great. Will take photos after install. Will purchase tonite!

The two delivery guys were excellent. They called 30 minutes ahead, were on time and curteous. We gad a refriderator installed.

Lou Lou in the flooring department went above and beyond to help make sure I received every discount possible for my purchase. I am very pleased with my purchase thanks to Lou Lou and Moe.

While in the past, I probably would never have said this, the customer service at Home Depot has improved exponentially. Over the past year I’ve gone in there often, and every time I was able to find someone who was pleasant and interested in assisting me. I couldn’t be happier!

We where shopping for a new refrigerator at several places. We knew what we wanted from reviews we searched on line. We met Christina in the refrigerator section and she was amazing. she found what we wanted and explained what we wanted to know. The purchase was made, delievery set up all within less then 45 minutes. Kudos to Christina

The service we received from the manager, Eric in your garden center was just stellar, and the patience to expertly answer my wife’s questions while taking her from product to product and making suggestions for so many great products we didn’t ever hear of and now we are armed with everything needed to do our gardens both inside and out and confidently maintain them! We will be back to see Eric to plan for our final details of our plant oasis!

I was in looking for adhesive for a particular job, Associate Craig saw me looking and offered his assistance, listened to the project, made a recommendation, then went to get the product he recommended which has worked great.

After a frustrating attempt for customer service by calling on Tuesday evening, I decided I would visit this store location on Wednesday morning 🌄 . I am very pleased to give a review of " Five Stars " instead of the " One Star" on Tuesday evening. Carlos, at the PRO Desk, helped me through a difficult material order, not once, but twice, because of an error on color selection I had made. He made what could have been a very time consuming and frustrating situation, completely seamless and comfortable. This guy is good at what he does!

I usually dread walking into a big box store when I need something specific because I feel l'll never find someone to help. But the appliance department was staffed by a super friendly guy named JC and I was out of there with a new washer to be delivered in record time.

I went last night on 2/20 at around 7 pm and had a great experience shopping for the paint I needed to buy paint for my house, the customer representee that was in the paint area was knowledgeable and pleasant. He assisted me, I got to say what a great experience. The Cashier that checked us out was a darling of a lady and took care of us. Thank you for your service and making this experience one of a kind.
