Pick up service for an online order for 2 windows was extremely poor. Waited 45 minute while staff searched for the windows which indicated poor management of the store and poor communication between shifts of workers. The night shift had apparently stashed my windows in an improper location and the day staff had troubles finding them. On other occasions I have found the store to be poorly stocked, for example the plumbing section has an incomplete stock of pipe sizes, connectors and fittings, or the electrical had a breaker box I wanted but did not have breakers in some common amp sizes that would fit in the box. I constantly run into these types of headaches and talk with staff members who are clueless about what even the store sells and don't understand the products and how to use them.

This store is easy to navigate with plenty of friendly and helpful employees.

The store was clean but didn’t have ANY of the RIDGID supplies I needed. Very disappointing.

Friendly staff. 5/5 were friendly and helpful. Especially Luke and Angel that saw I was struggled a bit and assisted.

I like going in this store. Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff members. I enjoy the atmosphere of the store. People are happy and content. And there prices are good. I went to Bi-mart and Fred Meyer and I couldn't find what I was looking for but Home Depot had it! They had a lot of check out stand open so there wasn't any long lines which is always nice. And when we asked for help we immediately found someone and the guy knew exactly where the product was and Home depot is a huge warehouse so I was impressed he knew exactly where it was. Thank you Home Depot for another great shopping experience!!!

Isles were cluttered with product waiting 2 b stocked. Clerk needs 2b better trained.

Best selection of household products to choose with the great help from associates, however, expect to wait a little for help in Plumbing section that most of the times no associates available. Sometimes find a better price on home depot website than in store, it is strange but it is what it is.

I walk through entire store with no mask, and I begin to fill my cart, a rude black lady employee begins yelling at me to wear a mask, I tell her I cannot due to health reason and she continues to yell and tell me how stupid and uneducated I am (yet she works at Home Depot....) as she continues to tell me how I need to go back to Washington (I’m an Oregon resident) and how I need to go back to school ( I’m a grown man who makes plenty of money) after this she tells me she is going to get security, fine, so I stay where I am filling my cart, here she comes back after being gone 30 seconds alone. And continues to yell and push a mask at me, (god only knows where she got it from) I ask for her name and she says “they know me well here” so I guess it’s safe to assume she probably goes around ticking off a lot of people.

Terrible store. Purchased zero turn mower, but they did not have anyone that could load it. Had to return it and lose the credit of 10% off coupon. Coupon was a one time use, so that negated the coupon. When I purchased the same mower at a different, nearby home depot store, I could not use the coupon anymore, but they loaded it without any problems.

This store is always clean and well stocked, and the staff is friendly and helpful! We visit almost every weekend it seems like, as we are doing house projects, and always manage to get what we need here.

Only store to go to. Make sure you go see Julie is hardware if you need anything

This store has very limited stock compared to other nearby stores. The employees are not helpful either. We waited over 25 minutes and asked three different associates for help with getting a piece of plywood cut and ended up leaving without making a purchase because we never received assistance. There was another person waiting behind us who also got tired of waiting and left without making a purchase.

This is my local Home Depot & I just love it. All the employees I've met are helpful and friendly, the store is well stocked, easily laid out & clean, and I always find what Im looking for. I used to have to drive 50 min to get to a Home Depot; this store is less than 10 min for me, so pre-pandemic I'm usually here quite frequently (especially in the spring & summer gardening seasons). There are other Home Depots nearby too but this one is by far my favorite because of the employees.

I was confronted by several SANCTIMONIOUS employees for not wearing a mask.' I told them, no thank you, I cant wear one." (I have a medical exemption) One was a whitehaired older women at the front end, She insisted I take one anyway and I yelled at her to get away from me as she followed me! She looked at me with a distinct look of disgust I also received rude comments from employees in hardware and flooring. Also my pick up order was not available as promised. I'll shop at my local hardware store and GLADLY pay more. I don't need the sanctimony and/or look of disgust I received from several employees.

The employees are wonderful but the enforcement of proper mask wearing is abhorrent. Every time I go in it is a problem. It’s a big store, I get it, but folks should be able to properly wear masks when they are checking out and around large numbers of customers and employees.

Need better training for the customer service people...not sure of name, but the ends of the guys hair were tinted light blue and wearing hoodie. Didn't seem to care if I found what I needed or not...had to find an employee in the store to help me.

I've been installing water heaters professionally since 2004 and this has included thousands of trips into big box stores to purchase water heaters. This morning the unit I wished to purchase was on the second shelf up, requiring equipment to get it down, which is usually a 30ish minute process. I called the main line for the store, said "plumbing" and the voice recognition software routed me to Michael in plumbing, who was on the scene shortly. Michael has a great attitude, was skilled with the equipment and large awkward inventory, and is a pleasure to work with. One of the top visits of all time, especially with the bonus of the seasonal cinnamon broom. ;-)
