Customer service is tops!

Art, a manager helped us with a tricky situation concerning a NG grill. He was extremely accommodating and helpful. While he was not able to correct the issue because of a manufacturer issue, he was able to find a very acceptable and generous solution that left us very happy. Problem solved! Thank you for taking the time to treat us on a personal level and go the extra mile for satisfaction. A+ work. Thank you Art and Home Depot

I really enjoyed my shopping experience thanks to Clarence. Jack and Victor at customer service were amazing at getting my items ordered and getting the delivery time set up for me. It was very busy but they were all smiles!

Oh btw did I mention my boyfriend is a general contractor. Both residential and business? His partner has a contract building fanny mae homes. Over a quarter million spent on paint alone in 2017. They already use home Depot. And have an business account. But Just not as much as they will be using you in the future. I pays to know the girl that does a lot of the supplies ordering. The Home Depot at 11633 NE Glenn Widing, (airport location by 205) is where I experienced horrible customer service from a Jennifer the cashier dated on February 15, 2018. Jennifer was rude and argued with me about the price I was told by the appliance department clerk was only an online price only. I said the appliance clerk checked to see if the price was also an I store price and said it was. He also had one on hand and pulled the product from the top rack for me. I asked Jennifer for help with getting the price difference after I purchaesed the item from self service along with other items I bought. The receipt showed the incorrect price. I had cashier Giselle assist me in ringing up and failed to observe the price assuming it was correct until after the sales transaction was completed. I proceeded to the customer service counter and explained what happened. The customer service agent, Jennifer said I was told an incorrect price and the instore screen only lists online pricing and she refused to give me the price difference from 218.00 to 178.00 which was the price I was quoted from an instore employee in the appliance section when I inquired about stock and confirming retail price. Jennifer refused to do anything and the other sales agents at the counter stared at me without getting a manager over to resolve. I called another Home Depot store and they said Jennifer was providing poor service and the price given by the appliance department should have been honored. Jennifer did not want to budge and became more rude by cutting me off as I called my wife to confirm the other Home Depot said that this was a special buy price in all stores and Jennifer again said no that each store is different and can price differently. Which she continued to repeat when I said that her own screen said the price was 178.00 and confirmed by the appliance clerk who assisted me. I was in a hurry and simply refunded my money and went to another Home Depot and purchased the item without any difficulty. I bought at the Jantzen Beach location and they verified that the customer service clerk was rude and I should go back for an apology and speak with the store manager regarding her inappropriate behavior.

Michael S. at the customer service desk is so helpful and friendly. He will not let you down! He makes the store a great place to go. Sounds cheesy but it’s true!

The staff at this store are very friendly and upbeat. Ginger in Electrical and Chris in the Tile area made my shopping experience very productive and fun at the same time. Would not even consider shopping some where else for my home improvement projects.

The store is always well stocked more or less, usually has what I need, and has employees about if you are able to ambush them in the course of their movements from place to place, but have always been pretty friendly and accommodating. They absolutely need more checkers on at all times at this store however because I come here at least once or twice a week and more often than not is a lineup of people at self checkout shaking their heads and complaining that they only have pro desk and self checkout open. This happens ALL THE TIME.

The employees were friendly and open to chit-chat. I enjoy small-talk with people, and would like employees to be more open to it. And I also found what I needed for a great price.

This store is one of the few that has employees ready to help, answer questions, and, best of all, I didn't have to go looking for someone to help me!!

I go to this store mainly to save tax as I live in Washington but I always find the employees very helpful and much better stocked with product than the "other" brand store which is literally across the street from my work in Vancouver

If you want a wide range of prices on Christmas trees that include affordable ones and are fresh you should get it at Home Depot

Chris in flooring was awesome.. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I had several different projects that i was shopping for and he guided me thru the store and made sure i had everything i needed to complete my projects.

Employees were great, and ready to help. However the isles were too crowded, I know it's holiday time and the store is providing specials, etc. It's very important to keep in mind, if there is an emergency evacuation, it will be very hard to go out as soon as possible, I couldn't walk by other person within several major isles, I had to stop and move over several times, and it would be very hard for someone in a wheal chair.
