Great experience and fantastic service from the entire dept.

The tool rental at this store is excellent. The tool manager Ty and his number one associate Yeimi are very knowledgeable. They have excellent customer service skills. I will only rent tools from this Home Depot. The plumbing and electrical departments in this store are also well maintained for a store that does such a high volume in those departments.

Great products. Great selection. It very easily accessible through public transit/mass transit.

I just purchase a home and was completely lost in how to update my bathroom. Mr. James along with the entire staff were super friendly and patient!

Everold and Loretta are amazing people who know their craft!!! My hubby and I were purchasing our essentials to begin our first Christmas. We were definitely novice in selecting a tree and knowing what items to get: Everold noticed we had a huge tree with the wrong base and provided a smile and brought us the correct base and explained the importance of a fresh cut tree and why we needed the food for the tree. Lorretta noticed the tree did not have a fresh cut and after Everold cut it she loaded and tied our tree to our mini cooper and we all had a good laugh that the tree was bigger than the car. This was a memorable a great start to our first Christmas experience!!!

Store never seems to have what I need in stock. Pedestrian areas and parking lot outside the store always a nightmare. Generally like the garden center but wish they offered a wider selection.

Everold was the most incredible employee - he went above and beyond in helping me find the right fireplace tools and screen. He provided exceptional customer service.

I gave an excellent rating due to the store personnel being very friendly and helpful, my overall experience was very good.

This store is cluttered inside. The parking lot needs work as there a a lot of broken carts out there and contractors leave behind a mess that does not get cleaned up quickly enough.

The staff are all informed and they know where the items are.

this location is much better than Hyattsville by customer service and carrying more stocks

I just sent a separate survey and in the comments I highlighted one of the associates Ken Kirtland - he worked tirelessly to get my custom blinds order just right, was so very patient, went way above and beyond with his follow up, making sure I was making the best selections, getting the best value/pricing and accommodated every change that was made. I am very grateful for his help and I love my new blinds. Thanks HD, he is truly exceptional!

This is a very busy store, but the staff know their products. Cid and Ibrahim know how to get things done. They stop what they are doing and give customers full and undivided attention. They make trips to Home Depot much easier.

What a person, Ken in Flooring has made my year, assisting me in getting my flooring, working with the CD and staying with me till the end great man you have there. Litterally he has made my year, I could not thank the man enough for what he has done.

I know that this is one of the busiest store but they don't take the time to deliver quality items, they deliver damaged items and some items were not even delivered, I had to come pick the items up myself, and this cost me money with my contractor, I was have a deck built only to have to go to other home improvement stores to get the correct items that I need.

This store is always where I come, because of the assistance that is given and a good inventory

I still feel there need to be more servers/employees. And while it is pleasant that employees have a good relationship with each other, when I am checking out I do not feel I should wait for them to finish their private conversations!

garden department, especially, in this store is excellent. The manager of the department is aggressively helpful and pleasant, making it a point to help people out and give them all they need and more.

Its a pretty busy store especially on the weekends. I can say all the registers are always open and the employee are very helpful and have a pleasant disposition.

Every HD person that I see, or walk by, asks if they can help me. Can you teach utility and phone companies to provide such a high level of service ?? -- They could learn from your customer service model.

If you need good customer service ask for Donita, she efficient and very helpful.

I frequent this Home depot because I work directly across the street. The team may appear unwilling to help but that's not true at all. The moment you make eye contact they are asking if there is something they can assist you with.

Ms Elissa in the Paint Dept. was very helpful and informative.

I've been shopping at this particular store for many years. It was pretty lousy just a few years ago. I must say that within the past 2-3 years, service has improved significantly. Better organization at the customer desk, online purchase, rentals and returns. Ordering doors/windows can be a lengthy process. Often not enough employees on hand to help. So waiting time can be frequently long. But still happy shopping is easier. One more comment, wish they stocked certain or popular items more. Frustrating that sometimes I need to visit another HD for pickup.

Today, September 3, 2016, an angry cashier threw my merchandise from the checkout counter after I asked whether she planned to return to take payment from me and other waiting customers. She had left the counter leaving the light on, so I -- and others -- simply wanted to know whether she would return to the counter, at which point she had her "tantrum." I advised the Store Manager on duty as to what transpired and encouraged her to review any available videotape that would have captured the incident.

The store is hit or miss. Some employees are great, like Aqueelah in customer service and others are not. Sometimes hard to find people to help you.
