I received excellent customer service when shopping for items to repair drywall in my home. I am not an expert, and I received patient, knowledgeable advice from a Home Depot employee.

I walked into this Home Depot to get four keys duplicated. An employee named DeShawn did not know that the KeyHero machine he was using to make a copy of my first key could save the image of my key. When I asked him about saving my key image, he told me I was asking too many questions. I asked him to repeat himself and he stated that I am asking too many questions and I should just be quiet until my key is made. I asked him to see a manager. He said if I wanted to talk to his manager, I would have to find his manager. I requested to see a supervisor or manager again, but DeShawn refused. I then went to find a manager and had to wait while the manager walked away because he was helping another customer. After double-digit minutes, the manager returned and seemed more interested in the fact that the KeyHero machine could save key images than his employee being extremely disrespectful to a customer. The manager finally told me another manager would help me get my keys made. Ultimately, a manager that had already clocked out and was leaving the store helped get the rest of my keys made. However, while I was waiting for the other manager to arrive to the KeyHero machine, I showed DeShawn how to save an image of my key. He never apologized or thanked me for showing him how to perform his job. The only time I felt appreciated as a customer was when the manager that was already off-the-clock stayed late to fulfill my request. I have been shopping at Home Depot for over 20 years and this is the most disrespected I have ever been.

I purchased a key holder.

I only go here when I’m short on time. It’s the closest to my house. Anyone who has lived in the DMV for a while will understand the title.

Extensively remodeling my home and purchase supplies here almost daily. I'm very satisfied in the products and services.

I knew exactly what I wanted and why I needed it. I walked up to one of the workers. First, he didn't know which aisle and got on his home depot app to find the aisle. After 3 minutes of waiting, I led him to the right aisle. Then he pointed to the opposite of what I needed..I asked if he worked in the area and repeated what I wanted and where I needed to station it. He looked confused. I asked if he could call someone who knew about it. He literally walked off.

I absolutely love the convenience of having a HomeDepot store in my community since I am always doing small projects in my home. However, the delivery company Home Depot use is absolutely a SCAM. They lie and say they made attempts to deliver appliances when they know they haven't because you don't have any missed calls from them and your Ring camera has not recorded any unknown vehicles all day. Additionally, they lie and say you cancelled your order when in fact you know you have not. Its so BADDDDDDD and it saddens me that the kind natured people who actually work in the appliance department at the Brentwood store have to work extra hard to accommodate their customers after the third party drops the ball. Kevin and Tanya are amazing by the way!!!!

The store is conveniently located and the staff members are efficient and professional. Today while checking out, I forgot my card and had to travel 1.5 hours to get it and return. The staff held my cart for me, as it had many hand-picked flowers and vegetables. Ravon in the garden section was extremely informative and Keshawn as the register helped me load heavy items. Cashier Deborah is always amazing and smiles to all of her customers.

Earl greeted me at the customer service counter and my return took maybe three minutes.

I did by something and was able to pick my delivery date and the sales person in appliance was great Jackie

Very positive experience here dealing with Victor and Joey. I was able to connect with these two, get what I needed and I felt like they cared about helping and were both genuine and kind. If you need something, I recommend you visit and ask for Victor.

I had the wonderful opportunity of purchasing items for a big project, from this store location. The customer service offered to me was IMPECCABLE and all this is owed to Supervisor, Trina and Sales Rep, Jackie (appliance department).

Youssef and all staff on 3/20/24 went above and beyond to assist me. I mean it felt so enjoyable that I had to keep shopping around the aisle lol. The speediness for assistance was quick and the bathroom was well cleaned. Hope to see those employees on my next visit

We needed a lot of help generating matching paint samples for our apartment. Toni, the paint supervisor was so patient, friendly and accommodating. She knew the system well and was sure to label the paints in the system for our next visit. She helped us generate and confirm the samples matched. And her demeanor was so kind and forthcoming, her service was such a pleasure! It is service members like Toni that make us choose to go to home depot!

I bought A few Items. It was to my surprise that Ms Makia approached me and without hesitation Ms Makia to help me with those items

Quick and easy pleasant shopping experience until the very end the guy took so long to bring the tree I already carried and purchased vehicles blew at me waiting on him but other than that no issues

My landlord had recently purchased online blinds for me, but unfortunately the blinds were an incorrect size. I had previously tried to take the blinds back for a refund with no success from another representative. As I was confused about what would be the best choice for me based on my circumstances. I would eventually comeback to the store to refund them all together. I was under the impression that I could use the gift card online after the refund, but the customer service rep did not bother to tell me, that I could not use the gift card online. I was almost on my way home, and in the middle of attempting to re-purchase the blinds in the correct size, when the Home Depot app was rejecting the gift card. I was furious, but I went back to the store, and Earl helped me and was thoughtful and understanding of the situation that I was in. He gave me the option to go to the blinds section/aisle to see if I find something of my preferences, but I couldn’t find the blind color that I was originally purchased. So Earl went out of his way to help me purchase my blinds in store, and took the initiative to help have my blinds ship to the store for pick up. I really greatly appreciated his assistance, since I really not familiar with shopping Home Depot.

Donte, the supervisor in hardware helped me find knee pads that I saw advertised on line....where it was noted there were 16 of the item in stock in this store. However, I could not find them and they did not appear on the shelves. Donte helped me find knee pads that were similar at the advertised price. I really appreciated his fast and efficient help for me! Please give him a big raise!!!

I usually have a dislike for large hardware stores. Today was different. An associate was nearby and directed me to the correct section. As I was looking, another associate was walking through and called for someone. Within 2 minutes, Everest was there. Friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable. Thanks Everest.

just came in for keys today but I also needed to look stuff for my next project. Eva was at the service desk and when I inquired about a product she looked it up and was willing to go a step further by showing me the location of the item. She was al most like my personal shopper. She was very helpful, friendly, good personality. I would most come back to this Home Depot with associates like Eva.

NE Homedepot employees that I came in contact with went far and beyond especially the cashier Jackqueline was so informative, pleasant, professional, courteous. I received a $5. Discount for applying. I need to follow up on my application for a store card

We live in Southern California and routinely shop at Home Depot. The location in Washington DC has THE most friendliest, helpful, and courteous employees we have encountered at any Home Depot. It is a true pleasure to shop at this location!
