I was very pleased with the way the store was set up. Things were relatively easy to locate. The store was very clean , and the employees that I came in contact with were extremely helpful and friendly.

Wonderful experience! Cashiers were friendly, floor reps were helpful and there when you need them. Everything was clean and accessible. I would definitely recommend this Home Depot to others.

The 3 associates I asked for assistance all gave the wrong information or did not know the information I was seeking. The store was disorganized and cluttered. I was told there were a lot of new employees and that is why I had such a hard time getting the correct information.

The store is poorly kept in a bad neighborhood. Don't leave tools in sight in your vehicle. Know what you need and hope that it's properly stocked that you can find it when an associate points in the general direction it might in.

There is so much to pick from and prices are very affordable.

I received great customer service from Adlaide and D'Janae. They brighten the store with their wonderful personality. Keep up to great work.

This store, deep inside Newark is a pleasure to shop in. Its nearby suburban counterparts, for example in East Hanover, are out of stock - Newark always has the stuff you would be looking for. It is neat, clean, well stocked, well taken care of. Well run.

The cashier are rude and unattentive. Long wait in line, because they want to converse with each other.

Employees need to adhere to a dress code. This is a place of business and not the street. I don't need to see grown men (employees) walking around without a belt showing their nasty underwear. Great management obviously.
