They have the products that other store are out of stock.

Cashiers are rude and feel that being friendly is too hard for them

The store was neat and clean and there was people ready at the stations to provide help.

I would like to SayThat Ms. Fahima, Mr. Anwar, Ms. Karen, Ms. Chevy, Mr. Deion, and all the employees that I have forgotten about that I come in contact...wait Dwayne and Romell in plumbing too.... all of you are doing a pristine job at the HomeDepot. I know that location is handle, but the teamwork that you guys incorporate it is truly nice to see. I remember when that HomeDepot was being built and to see now in 20202 that you are carrying the store on your back is very accomplishing and that you should be proud to represent the Newark HomeDepot with PRIDE AND HONOR and never be ashame! Keep up the magnificent work!!!

The store is clean and neat!!

The HD location in Newark, NJ is a very nice place to get anything you need. I SHOP there almost everyday of the week. The service is excellent and they treat you like family. I highly recommend!

Ya'll come on down to the Springfield Ave store clean very friendly employees and very well stocked I always pick up more than I intended

We found exactly what we needed and made it back in time to finish our project. Special Shout Out to our cashier Judy who kept the line moving quickly, efficiently and with a positive professional manner.

I am Happy to have this Home Depot in my Neighborhood! The store is clean and the Employees are usually very helpful. However, I am concerned that the Employees be monitored/trained to continue to provide excellent Customer Service. I would like to see our H.D. remain with an Excellent Status! Thank you.

Management in this location customer service is very poor. I avoid going to this location unless the other home depo near by is out of what I need.

This store is in a great location but they need to stock more items.

Wish I read the reviews on this location before shopping there today...not much has changed from others before me. To rate the customer service as "poor" would be an undeserved compliment. You'd think people would be concerned about job security in a Recession, but nope...not at the Home Depot in Newark.

The stores was clean smell good and they have good employee

Placed an order for new stove where upon arrival A knob Was missing. Delivery company Employee stated To have contacted the store and that i would be able to pick it up. Upon arrival to the store, store personnel knew nothing of my incident and claimed that I would have to call whirlpool to place an order. The store did not resolve the matter or even make a documentation of the incident that occurred.

Your associate “ Shakeena “ was very nice and professional, she didnt helped me with my complicated online order and I left the store satisfied.

Efficient and supportive

Relatively busy store with many items in stock - they have a rental service department for a few tools including vehicles.

Products were easy to look for. Associate Anne at customer service friendly/helpful she showed me that I could find the items location through the app and help me get an understanding of the circle bay logo.

This store always help me when I go in to purchase any item. But what surprises me the women in the store knows about everything. These women always help me when I'm stress out. And believe me I'm always stress when I walk in the door. Look for Angel her her knowledge in Home Improvement is wonderful.

If you go there ask for grace...She's a woman that knows her job well...

Overall the staff and management are always availvable and willing to assist their clients.

The store was disorganized and the employees were not friendly-if you could find one....

The store were Cleaned and I was easy finding what I want.

Yesterday, after leaving the store, I would have given them 1.5 stars. I waited for about half an hour to get service at the pro-desk and only got out that quickly because someone who had been waiting longer allowed me to go ahead of him. I requested a manager from two staff members while waiting. None came. What was even more annoying is I did not even have to go to the pro-desk. I had initially requested assistance at the Customer Service desk and instead of helping me they sent me to the other side of the store to wait. I'm now giving the store 3 stars because of the excellent service I eventually got from the pro desk sales associate (Rosalynn) and the follow up call back (which I requested) that I got today from a store manager (Luis). I will definitely improve my rating if the my experiences in the future are better. As per the review guidelines: The products I needed were easy to locate. I did not get assistance in a timely fashion. The store could have been tidier. But it was evening when I went there, so it might have been better earlier.
