I’m from out of town and it was my first time shopping at that location. I was not familiar with the layout and I was looking for a particular item when this incident occurred. I was in the paint department and came around the corner of the aisle for canvas drop cloth and my attention was on the bay to my right as I was trying to find a particular item and that’s when I stepped in a pool of white paint. At the time, I thought it was only the bottom of my shoe that sustained damage however, once I got back to the hotel, I realize the paint has splash onto my jeans. Therefore, I ruined a pair of good shoes and jeans in this trip. At the time of the incident, I caught myself things to the shopping cart. I was pushing however, when I inform the closest associate who was working in the paint station, her initial response was “ who did that?” and then proceeded to call out if there was anyone in the aisle. There was no inquiry about the damage done to my clothes or my well-being. There was no action taken to prevent anyone else from going down the aisle. She was more concerned that her shift was ending in about 10 minutes that nothing was done and within that aisle there was another associate who was at the far end helping someone. I don’t know if they notice it which I don’t understand why and how they couldn’t see it but there was also no action taken from that person. The overall vibe I got from that location is no one wants to be there and no one cares about cleanliness or safety in that store. I’m not from here, but I now get to hold onto this memory of damage to my clothing.

I went shopping for a new washer and dryer Saturday. Shakeemah L at the customer service desk was so helpful and patient with me. She helped me to get a price adjustment to honor my military discount on my purchase. She was so polite and professional!

I appreciate the online site reflecting actual product quality and aisle locations. Streamlined shopping experience, will be back!

The seller/Cashier agent was helpful

I purchased this gas range a few days ago the sales persons was polite and professional providing the knowledge I needed for my choice. When setting up for payment and delivery Ms Doreen provided other product information and services. We need more people like them. Thanks again. Also Delivery was timely and efficient.
